Default Attractions? Or Exibits?

When DCA opened a lot of people cried foul because Disney claimed that the Tortilla Factory, Boudin Bakery, Seasons of the Vine, and Bountiful Valley were attractions. As a result, the overal ratings for these attractions were somewhat mediocre.

My questions here are... What are your opinions on these sites? Are they valid attractions worth the cost of admission? Do you disagree with them being classified as attractions? Would your opinion of them go up if Disney changed their classification to exibits?

A lot of questions, I know. And you certainly dont have to answer all of them... but I'm curious to know how everyone feels about these attractions. I personally like them, and I think they each tell a very interesting tale, and are worth the time. Yet, Im not sure we should be calling them attractions.

Well no, dont change those attractions at all... just reclassify them as exibits on park maps. So when you would look at the guide, they wouldnt be listed under attractions, but rather exibits, or experiences. There's no ride associated with any of these sites at all... just films, live demonstrations, and of course... free samples.

Well, they are attractions, but as I understand your question....are they attractions in the sense of rides? no. I would probably say they should classify them as "Demonstrations" as they both demonstrate how these products are made!

Exhibit or attraction all I know is that if you want a nice, free snack the sourdough bread hits the spot! The tour is boring, but the bread is oh so nice!

Well, I think that these "items" would be classified in the same way as Innoventions, the Disney Gallery, or Main Street Cinema, etc. - which are attractions. I don't know what the Disney definition of attraction is, but...
