Maybe if Remember... Dreams Come True does extend, it'd be nice to hear Fantasmic! and "it's a small world" clock mixed in it.

Sincerely, a brother of a half-demon,

well, Fantasmic is already set to pyro, so I'd be happy with Mickey's famous closing line in "Laughing Place"

I hope they conjure up a new show for next year... They may or may not considering they're not bothering with a new parade.. ugh, I hate the street party.

even if they leave the current PARADE (yes, I said it) alone, at least there's hope for a new show above our heads

^ POD is still at DLR but it's backstage. so it's like it never left....
As for RDCT its odd for them to have it only for 3 days. Maybe they need to use their extra fireworks before they expire. or test out new ones and the search lights.

I never had the best of luck with that show. The first time I went to see it, my then girlfriend was being a "witch" and held me back in Innoventions from getting a good spot to watch the show. The second time was cancelled after the Tomorrowland segment. I hope to see it completely when it's back for more than a couple of days.

Sincerely, a brother of a half-demon,

We complain about RDCT. WDW is still showing the original Wishes at Magic Kingdom that was on years before RDCT was even a thought.

As a comparison, DL had a new parade in 2001, 2005, and 2009, but Magic Kingdom did not. They retooled their 2001 parade in 2006 and 2009 with new music and a few minor changes to floats and characters. I think that's sort of cheap, to have the same floats running from 2001-present. But I have a whole rant about this, and that's for my blog, not here.

I mostly agree on the fact that you can consider Walt Disney World management sort of cheap when it comes to upgrading their parks.

I can't say that Disneyland has a new parade, however. The current "streetacular," or whatever they're saying it is, isn't really a parade at all.. I think it's an insult to Disney parades actually.

I just saw RDCT for the first time live today. Oh my dear goodness. I now understand why so many people complained about Magical. I got a bit choked up during the Walt Disney quotes, and I thought it was so awesome that they launched fireworks surrounding all of the hub! I was definitely not expecting that!!

I think it is one of their best, if not the best, fireworks show they have displayed. It is lively and surrounds you. The length of the show is not too long and doesn't bore you during any part.
I think they should keep the show and add to it. Maybe adding Dumbo flying by too. They could even change up some of the scenes with new ones. I just think they should keep it going when the holiday ones are not running of course. It is by far a very popular show.
