Hi guys! I noticed that the holiday fireworks show is playing now. Does this mean that Remember....Dreams Come True will not be coming back after christmas?

yes its gone as of right now for Beleive in Holiday Magic. But then after Beleive In Holiday Magic is done, I have heard rumors of a return of RDCT w/ a new intro/exit narration and story getting into the E-tickets in the sky show.

I like the way RDCT was before. I don't think they should change it. IMHO.

They have to change it because the intros were to celebrate the 50th anniversary, and in a little less than a year it will be the 52nd anniversary. I just hope the middle part remains untouched.

Question modified RDCT

There have been rumors that TDA is not very happy with having to close attractions because of the fireworks launchers on show building roofs. The fire they had a couple of days ago just backs up that opinion. So it's possible that RDCT it would return in some sort of modified form without those launchers. (I hope not. That's part of what makes the show so amazing!)

Well, I'm really glad I was able to get a really good spot in front of the castle to see it one last time. The only thing they didn't have the night I was there was Tinkerbell. Hopefully they don't change the show if/when it returns. It's unfortunate that they have to close Fantasyland for the show, but I think it's worth it!

Havn't they always closed Fantasyland and ToonTown for fireworks? Even before Remember... Dreams Come True, verdad?
I was informed that they had to close the lands due to fire precautions, not just because the launchers were on the showbuilding roofs.

^^ If I remember correctly, Fantasyland was never closed for the fireworks. However, Toontown on the other hand has ALWAYS closed early. I think it's because the launchers for the "normal" fireworks are right behind Toontown.

It would be hard to close out Fantasyland and keep people out since there is more than one entrance and no gates. Toontown, on the otherhand, has one way in, and one way out, and they do close that land daily in preparation of the fireworks by closing the big gates at the entrance.

Not all of Fantasyland is closed.

These attractions close before and during the fireworks:
1.Snow White's Scary Adventure
2.Peter Pan's Flight
3.Pinocchio's Daring Journey
4.King Aurthur's Carrousel
5.Mr. Toads Wild Ride
6.Alice in Wonderland
Casey Jr, Storybookland Canal Boats, Dumbo remain open throughout the show as well as the Mad Teacups.

It's a Small World are is closed off I think, due to it's proximity to the launch area.

The launch area for the fireworks is indeed behind Toontown.

They don't close off all of Fantasyland, just the part between the northern end of the Carousel & the Castle. They'll just border the walkway that runs from Frontierland through Fantasyland and forks to go either Small World or Tomorrowland with a rope.

IASW Mall was always open due to the projections on IASW as the 'alternate' viewing area for RDCT.

Actually, I think parts of Fantasyland WERE closed before - just not as much of it. I think for Believe it was just the castle, Snow White, and Peter Pan that were closed.
