President's Day Trip Report 2-17, 2-18

Both days were crowded and I expected that. Everywhere was at least over a 45 min wait.

2-17-07

Arrived around 10 AM to find the line to get in DL and DCA really long. Got to DL first and secured my first only FP for IJA. Indy was 75 min the whole day. Went to DTD in the afternoon to see Norbit in the AMC Theaters and walked around the Disneyland Hotel. Went back to DL around 4:30. Did some stuff and went to DCA until it's closing time at 10 PM. Hit IJA at closing and went home.

2-18-07

Got to DLR at 11 AM with my older sister and her friend only to run into long lines to get into the parking structure. But I got in around 12:30 into DL. Met up with a group of people from MiceChat and we went to Taste Pilots Grill. After that we went to Muppets 3D and Tower and It's Tough to Be A Bug. Everyone broke off and I was on my own again. Did more stuff until it got to the point it raines and everyone emptied the park. At IJA on my last ride for the night, a CM I know gave me a CM Referral to use when I apply for a job at DL. That made my night.

Sorry it was so crowded. I mean, I would expect that on a holiday though. awesome about the referal!
