I miss the "Submarine Voyage". But at least I have the soundtrack from what was "Disneyland Forever" and I have the version released from the 6 CD set.

O.K.,:This is my first official post!! And here's some info:Finding Nemo Subs will have most of the same props of the originanal ride but will be tied in with Nemo,so many people will have their "old subs". An example is at the beginning,Nemo will say something like "Dad,are there such things as sea serpents?" and marlin will say "of course not,Nemo!" and things like that.Bruce is at the shark part,the angler fish in the abyss seen,and the tank gang at Atlantis(yeah,it's a stretch, but the tank gang wanted a similar home to the Atlantis themed-fish tank and the volcano of bubbles).Oh, and at the end they will have a "we found Nemo" party with all of the characters of the movie celebrating.It will be themed probably in tommoroland because the plot line will feature you looking for an volcano and you happen to run into the characters. Any questions?

Yes, your source if you would. Also you mention the sea serpent at the beginning, while in the original Submarine Voyage, sea serpent was toward the end. Where's the giant squid & polar ice cap in this? If it's going to use many of the old props, why have we seen just about all of them removed?

Oh, since I'm here, in my next photo update which will be posted soon, you will see some damage to the Sub construction wall.

Oh... sorry. I've herd there going to TAKE OUT the squid,the fighting crabs,and the squid and shark fighting each other.SORRY!(Ebay,anyone?) Oh, and my source was a website on google that I forgot...agin,SORRY!I think it was an story by someone who knew an immagineer and spilled her guts out on the subs...I think...oh well,... Oh! one last thing,some people will see nemo,and others will not during the ride because of the two rows so it's really 2 slightly different rides! And the crabs that are at the begining sort of will be replaced by the crabs at the end of the move,but in AA form!(oh,and SORRY... the joke about the sea serpent will be at the beginning but the the punchline is at the end

They probably took out everything to start from scratch. If they keep the subs in the yellow - orange color as they were up to 1998, then there's one homage already.

I assume the Subs to be based on "Finding Nemo" movie as is the ride. They proboally will do that.. And I doubt they will bring any "old" items back on account the old ride is gone and proboally thrown away or getting bid of from Ebay.. It will probally be the Jellfyfish scene and the turtle one I imagine one of thouse will be in the knew ride.. Submarines R.I.P.

The Submarine Voyage was one of my favorites. It was sad to see it go. Then in 2000, when Disneyland Forever was around, I was fortunate to get the soundtrack burned. Then this year, I got another version from the 6-CD set.

By the way, who did the voice of the captain?

Maybe, Captain Nemo got lost. So you team up with the fish from finding nemo to find Captin Nemo. HEY! If it takes a month to redo The Haunted Mansion for the Haunted Mansion Christman. Why is it taking so long to do this? It shouldnt be any different, except underwater.
