Politicians can't be honest with the voters. I can. You moved in across the street from Disneyland!!!! What did you expect?

AQMD (Air Quality Management District), that's another thing all together. EVERYONE was overpolluting the skys, so they made everyone polute less, or buy credits for others that reduced their pollution more than the minimum, etc.

AQMD has the right to tell Disney to pollute less. But people that moved next to Disneyland, then complain about the traffic and noise. Hello, what did you expect? You moved in next to Disneyland!

Can they use the kind of fireworks that DLP has? I mean, there're not relly loud, but it creates alot of smoke after their firework spetacular.

Well, people need to think about what it is going to be like before they move there. So basicly, "Think before what you say, or do." And if they think about it, then DL will get less complaints(probably).

I'm pretty sure the parks use the same launching system/fireworks. DLP launches a LOT of shells for their current fireworks show heh.

Yeah. But why DLP rarely uses the kind of fireworks that DLR, and WDW have(like the big and loud ones)?

Wait a minute. I remember reading that as a special treat during the Happiest Homecoming (July 17, 2005 through July 17, 2006) Honda would sponsor fireworks every night. In the past during off-season, though, they were only on weekends. I admit, though, that during the 1990s I was pretty busy with growing child things and didn't pay much attention to Disneyland. Anybody remember the history? Weren't they only on F/S? (I guess I could call my friend whose father was one of Walt's DL directors, who worked there herself and who lived in Santa Ana and would listen to them at night. She might remember.)

^I do remember as a kid hearing fireworks going off only on the weekends (and a few Sundays here and there).
