Why cant they just have simple things. Like chicken strips or grilled cheese. Whats with this "Alaskan King Crab Legs" or "Royal Street Seafood Jambalaya". I no longer have reason to eat at The Blue Bayou.

Yum. That all sounds so good. I'm with barfownz on this one. More seafood is definitely a good thing. And I have a question. What is mahi mahi?

If you want to be the best restaurant of any Disney park anywhere, I don't think you can have chicken strips or grilled cheese on the menu. The affluent folk love over-complicated & over-priced stuff like that. No idea why, but it's true.

I know that makes no sence. It's like when you watch these shows like Top Chef or Hells Kitchen. They make these things that are like little peices of crispys and then they have 1 slice of lettice to the side ontop of a of a tiny slice of bread with some foriegn sauce on the side. How is that good? Now my mom makes some of the best tacos on the planet and how is that no concitered good food?

I am getting sick of greasy, oily, salty chinese food. I want some real 'fine' food this time. Thanks for the menu, now I know what is on the new menu for the Blue Bayou.

Cool $19 ham & cheese

With prices like those, I might as well spring for the Filet Mignon, eh? Compare fried turkey, ham & cheese sandwich $19.oo; Filet Mignon $34.oo. I'll have the steak, please.

TopCat, Mahi Mahi is in the tuna family, it has a very solid flesh, so you'll basically be getting a tuna steak. It's very good

I guess change CAN be a good thing, but until I get that raise at work, looks like I'll be eating at Redd Rockets. There's no charge for plate sharing!

And I'm excited about Cafe Orleans, too...

The blue bayou is definatly going to have a different feel. It's like on an episode of spongebob, they take the old Krusty Krab and then they turn it into a fine dinner restaurant and it was just wierd.

BB has always been a fine dining restaurant, it's just even going fancier and doing things like raising the price on a Monte Cristo.
