There was this one article in a local newspaper to Orange County about how Disney is changing its costumes. The whole deal was that when the park opened, Walt wanted all the perfect American people. The American ideal is what each Cast Member should look like is what Walt wanted. This ideal consisted of young, skinny, athletic, and optimistic people. So the changes that they are making are "fattening up" the costumes to fit the now obese American population.
But to the point, in the article, it mentioned that there is like a library of costumes where each CM has to check out the costumes. It said that Mickey had 100s (or did it says thousands?) of Miceky costumes alone. Some of the odd costumes that the article mention was a George Washington and astronaut Mickey Mouse! So I hope that helps! Find the official article online at latimes.com or ocregister.com! :~)

Bear in mind, too, that his Fantasmic and parade outfits are slightly different than their other in-park counterparts. E.g. Fantasmic's Sorcerer Mickey robe is different than the old Parade of the Stars robe which is different than the meet and greet one. I can think of at least five different versions off the top of my head I've seen of that robe alone:
Parade of the Stars DL meet-and-greet WDW meet-and-greet Old Fantasmic New Fantasmic Of course, there's also the sparkly Fantasmic version of his "standard" black tuxedo. In a special events document from Florida (that is, quite frankly, VERY out-of-date) I count over 130 different Mickey costumes.
