Yeah! I've only seen them two times, but thats where they were handing them out. One time, my mom and I went and we were able to nab them, but the other time we had just missed them and they ran out. Is that where they usually are? I'm going in about a month and it would be awesome to get those!

im starting to feel like you as well…we have ap's and try to go every weekend, if not then every other weekend and NOTHING! I see lots of people with their dreampasses and i am so envious of them and then get a bit bummed out because I so badly want to win one!

Go at park opening. You're chances will be much greater then going 1 hour after park opening.

99.9% of the time if you go 1 hour after park opening (for both parks yes), your chances are 0%.

So I'm assuming that if I use my early admission from the hotel I'll have a good shot then. Or will they not even start giving them out until opening?

I just got back from Disneyland, i was literally there earlier today (I was there at 12:30 am last night but am now home in Northern Cali)...anyway, I was there this last Sunday, Tuesday and last night, I am an AP and have been to DL this year,
Jan 1st-2nd
spring break
July 16th -23rd
and then August 17th-22nd...
also, July 2007 for a day and
last November for 3 days

I have won dream fast passes twice
and on this last Sunday I won the lanyard with the 2 pins on it....so I have won something 3 out of 6 visits (though we go for days at a time).
If you haven't won it seems to feel like the dream squad isn't there...but they are, I see them almost every time I am there. Once I won the fast passes at about 11:00 am in DCA, the other time was at 9:30 am in Disneyland, and the lanyards we just won was in the late afternoon, 4:00 I think. In each of my experiences they seem to hide out a bit, and go to where there is little foot traffic, my thinking is that they might get mowed over if they were somewhere too obvious, each time I won it was a remote location...so try that, here is where I won:
DCA right in front of the Socerer's Workshop entrance- DFP
DL in front of the fountain by Haunted Mansion- DFP
DL on the path from Frontierland to the Carnation Plaza area - Lanyard

I feel for those who want to win so desperately, even though I have won these very special items, I (selfishly, I admit) wish for the Dream Suite! Anyway, i hope I have helped, I cherish my million dreams tokens and feel so lucky to have won so many times living so far away!..Good luck to you all! :)

Well I live in Canada so I dont go that much ): The one time I did go when the year of a million dreams was on I got one (: I got it when i was exiting Winne The Pooh

They start their runs once the parks open to the public.

I just won a dream fastpass literally yesterday. Me and my sister were on our way to Frontierland. It was that back way by the castle by the plaza gardens stage. We saw a bunch of people running and we were like whats going on? And we saw the dream team standing on the walkway kind of hidden. If people didn't chase them down no one would know they were there. So we got one and it felt super awesome. I think it was around like 8:30 or so.

I usually go to Disneyland once a year for 3-5 days and I have never won anything. The weird thing was we went for early admissions and I told my sister that we would win a dream today. We actually won another one later at around 11. We had just come back from checking out of our hotel and we were on our way in to CA from the Grand Californian to use or fastpasses. We won the lanyard with the two pins on it. I LOVED it. I don't necessarily like the YOAMD because I love Disney and it doesn't take winning something to make me come back. This trip was only two 1/2 days long with my sister and it was our last half day and winning these was so COOL.

Something as simple as a lanyard with pins on it and fastpasses made us literally cry we were so happy..it was our last day so we didn't get to use all of our tabs as we had to leave at 3 but we were smiling for the rest of the day...even on our long drive home.

Short Story
Me and my friend went last year on dec 17 to celebrate the end of our first semester of college and our birthday. We were getting off the Pinocchio attraction and were shocked when we each got one. It was convenient because we were park hopping, and was pretty busy at the time. Earlier that day when we were paying for parking we told the attendant at the parking booth it was our nirthday and he paid for our parking. It was the best trip I've ever taken, because it was the first time I went alone and without my family. When we went in the end of may to celebrate the end of the first year, we were walking around fantasyland, at about the same time as in december, and saw that they were giving the DFP at the same ride at the same time. We got in lin4e, but for some reason the line was long, and we were unable to get them. Luckily it did'nt ruin our trip, except for the fact that it was a non peak day and DL closed at ten and DCA at eight.

I also failed to mention that that same day we saw K Fed and were literally like 2 feet from him, which adds to the randomness of our trip logs.

I live in Nor Cal and go about 4-5 times a year. I feel pretty dumb because I didn't even know what a dream pass was until I read this. I'm still not exactly sure what it is that you win....
Obviously, I've never won anything...though, I dream about staying in the suite, that would be sooooo awesome!

I have never won anything. I went there 2 times since its premier of Year of a Million Dreams.

We won Dreams Fast passes first week of Dec 2006. My daughter's friend's family went as well, part of us won on one day and then the other part won the next day. Daughter's friend was in both groups LOL so she won twice :)

We go 1-3 times a year. We live in Oregon.
