Finding Stitch

When we went to Disneyland and DCA a couple of weeks ago, we really wanted to get some pics with our favorite character Stitch. Unfortunately we could not find him anywhere! We got told at Disneyland that he would be in DCA. We thought he should be there in innoventions around noon by the stitch picture area but no Stitch.
When we were in DCA, we were told by a cm that we could find him in Sunshine plaza when a traveling band comes out there at 2pm so we went there and asked the information desk guy if he knew. He got on the phone and called someone and then told us the same thing that the other cm had told us and so we waited. and waited. and finally the band came out and they had people hulahooping and then later did the limbo. We saw Donald, Mickey,Minnie,Pluto BUT NO STITCH!!!!

When hubby went back to ask the guy again, he told us that Stitch might be running a little late but that he would be there so we sat thru the whole stupid thing and still NO STITCH!

When hubby went back again, this time the guy tells us, oh he might be over by the entrance to the Hollywood backlots

so we went over there and still no Stitch!

We are going again in 2 weeks and this time, we really want to find Stitch so any tips and advice anyone could give about what areas and times he is usually found, we would very much appreciate it. Thanks!

i saw stitch last time i went to disneyland. he was part of the parade of dreams. but after that i didnt see him. far as i know stitch is at the park but i dont know what part he hangs out in.

well, he is usually in DCA where they said.
or on main street in DL.

have you done the videophone in innoventions, it's interactive and pretty cool.
a mini-turtle talk kind of thing and you get you picture taken with stitch.
(a free downloadable photo!!!!)

I have seen Stitch in Sunshine Plaza 2X and I think I might even have some pictures 2 of my kids with him somewhere.

I have seen Stitch almost every visit. Everytime it has been in DCA by the big sun.

What time of day? First thing in the morning? Later in the afternoon or ??? Thanks!

We are usually over there around lunch time. 11-12ish. He usually comes out of the door by the entrance to the backlot.

I've seen Stitch in the sunshine plaza in DCA only once, closer to the backlot entrance. Good luck finding him

I see him sometimes, always by the big sun. It's usually around noon. Gook luck finding him.

The only place I have seen him is at the Sunshine Plaza dancing with the band. But what I have seen.. Whenever i'm looking for a character, I never see them but when I don't have time for the characters or not interested in watching the characters, I always see them! Hehe! My luck anyway!

yea i see stitch at DCA on my way to tower but i have not seen him any where else. I love the little blue dude form outer space!!!

From my past experiences, Stitch is nearly impossible to find! I'm one of this biggest fans and yet I've only seen him in the park once. I was lucky enough to find him on Main Street around noon-ish on a Saturday. If there hadn't been such a long line to take pictures with him, I would have liked to spend more time with him. (Btw, the picture with me and Stitch is in my profile and another one is in my gallery!)

Like Protostars pointed out, you should try the interactive video phone with Stitch in Innoventions. If you go on a good day, Stitch is REALLY friendly and talkative. If you go on a bad day, be prepared to be chewed out by Stitch!

(Yeah, it happened to me once!) It's fun to talk to him, but sometimes nothing can beat a hug from the character that walks around the park!

Good luck finding Stitch on your next visit! Maybe if/when Disneyland realizes how popular Stitch is, they'll bring him out more often! :old_wink:

He's quite handsome with a great sense of humor and adventure. He seems to be perfect in every single way..you marry this boy.
