Talking Favorite Music/Sounds in Disneyland

OK, so the topics of favorite land in Disneyland, favorite ride, favorite smell, etc have been discussed. But, music/sounds play such a HUGE roll in the Disneyland experience (thank you, thank you, thank you, to VF Radio for bringing us this music when we can't be at Disneyland). So, what is everyone's favorite music/sounds in Disneyland? I'll have to say mine would be New Orleans Square and Main Street. I listen to VF Radio at work and it makes my day 1000% better as would anything having to do with Disneyland!!!!

Ah where to begin.. I love walking past the Matterhorn and hearing the screams of the riders, combined with the echoing abominable snowman growl, and the water splashing.. And I love walking down the Frontierland Trail and hearing the sounds of BTMR.. Then there's always something musical going on in NOS.. I like those 4 guys who are out there singing old Motown songs and stuff -- anyone know their name?

Yeah, VF Radio's awesome. I love the sound of the tickets at the Main gate. I love the clicking sound of the turnstiles. I love the Soarin' exit music, along with the "launch waiting" part of California Screamin'. I love the clacking sound of anti-rollbacks on Splash Mountain. I love the "Remain seated please..." voice clip of the Matterhorn. I love "All I Want" music from Splash Mountain's exit. I love the sound of the engines shutting off at the end of the old Space Mountain soundtrack on the old 50th page on VF. I love the "whiirrrr-bleep" sound of Rocket Rods.

I'll post more when I remember.

I love on main st. when you walk back in the side alley where the lockers are and you can hear the dentist up in the dentist office drilling on someone, or the piano teacher teaching a young child and slaps their hand when they mess up! LOL it's funny. Also I like to hear the telegraph at the NOS train station b/c it's saying Walt's opening day speech!

My favorite sounds are the sounds of the music from the rides and the sounds of the people just having a great time.

I love hearing "Oh Susanna" in PotC. And the music piping through Main Street (as well as the marching band/rod, etc), the clock ticking on Small World. The railround sound. The sound of The Blue Bayou (cutlery clinking)...

The music in the IJA quene, The light generator outside in the digs of the Indy quene, the sound of crickets and frogs in the Blue Bayou, POTC theme music, Grim Grinning Ghosts, Star Tours. Hearing People scream when they plunge into the drop in Splash Mountain. Main street USA music and the random Disney musics in the Ticket booths area.

Exclamation Hello? Doesn't anyone like THESE sounds?

My favorite sound is, I can't beleive not a lot of people like this sound, the jingle of the park tickets going through the scanner at the front gate! Sounds like magic!

I also like the Space Mountain atmosphere music, and the eerie silence that surrounds the Haunted Mansion! Lastly, the Indiana Jones Queue music and sound effects, people taliking excitedly in the lines, POTC Bayou sounds, and finally, people screaming their head off on Splash Mountain (and ToT)!

Seeing as how I'm a smoker (I know its a bad habbit and bad for my health)and the only place where I'll smoke in the park is the smoking area by the "jumping" fish pond thing (well ventilated fairly free of children at least it was and better than the one by the matterhorn) It's cool because last few times I went BTMR was still shut down this part of the park was pretty much empty We could hear all the wild life sound effects and such. Its just amazing how Every corner of DL has audio of some sort playing.
and I love the Indy and Star Tours Music by John Williams.
