Default Favorite Memory At Disneyland?

What is your favorite memory at the happiest place on earth?

As far as i can remember, i must say my favorite memory is how it felt to go there when i was younger. it was so dream-like to me and felt so unreal.

Any others out there?

My favorite memory of DL would be the first time I entered the park. I was 10, and had never been to DL. The morning we arrived I stopped when we entered the gates and I stared at the train station and was just like, "WOW!!" From there on, that day was such a magical day!

I went to Disneyland 3 times in my youth, and each time was amazingly magical to me. If I had to pick my best memory from my childhood, it would either be my dad screaming like a girl on Splash Mountain ( the big tough prison guard that he is, lol ) or watching Fantasmic for the first time. That show inspired me so much I cannot even put it into words!

But, I must say my BEST memory is the last time I went with my fiancee. It was his first time going ever, and my first in over 10 years as well as the first in my adult life. We disovered the magic of Disneyland together, and it was amazing. Specifically our first ride through Pirates. Just floating through the marsh with no noise except for the plucking of a banjo... such an amazing feeling!

We are taking our 6 year old son later this month. We are SOOOOOO excited for him to go!!

Sorry for the ramble... can you tell I like DL much? lol!

My favorite memory has to be when I finally conquered my fear and went on the Haunted Mansion. Up until Middle school, I for some reason was terrified of that ride. I don't know why maybe the front just scared the crap out of me or thought of something popping up and scaring me. I decided during a trip with my middle school, that I would conquer my fear and finally take a ride on the Haunted Mansion. I had no idea what to expect, so this was a completely new experience for me. As I went through the ride I noticed this wasn't meant to scare me at all, it was somewhat humorous. I noticed the architecture and style of the manor and the wonderful detail put into it. I also found the hitchhiking ghosts the most funny. After the ride was over, I felt relieved to have finally ridden it. Today, the Haunted Mansion is one of my most favorite rides at Disneyland. I can never leave Disneyland, without first riding this Amazing ride.

I have 2 easy and short ones:

1) Getting a noogie from Gepetto when I was taking a picture with him one year when I was really young.

2) My baby sister at the time wasn't drinking her bottle when we were having lunch at Goofy's Kitchen and then Dale came over and he fed it to her and she drank it with a smile and big eyes.
