yeah because when you are in the stretching room and the lights go out people allways scream at the top of their lungs. i want to slap people at times.

When I was a kid, I was fascinated with the stretching room, but the lobby and the portrait chamber scared me a bit, just because it was dark and crowded and I didn't want to lose my mom. Other than that, I was fine with every other ride -- though my first ride on POTC that I ever recall, I thought there would be a big drop at the end of the chainlift. lol

I say you MUST try everything once, otherwise how will you know. I am lucky, I have a son that loves everything...he knows none of it's real so that is where his mind is at..

I can still remeber going on POTC when I was 4 or 5 - the skeltons scared me so badly that I hid behind the stuffed animal I was carrying and refused to open my eyes for the rest of the ride! I got over it, though -- it became my favorite ride!

I recently have a new found respect for parents. Usually when I would see a child screaming to get off a ride literally bawling thier little eyes out I would think "how could you force you kid to do this are you crazy!" but after taking my neice to DL that all changed any time we would get in line for a ride she would start crying and say in a really pathetic little voice "I wanna go home".
man most people have no idea how truly Dumb you feel when you know know people are looking at you like your a monster. Some kids are just like that, Cant be bribed, talked into, or coaxed into doing someting they feel scared about(believe me I tried).

The only ride i was scared of was indiana jones because i thought i was gonna die if i looked. So i just curled up in a ball next to my grandpa and cried. the only thing i dont get is that i liked the ride but wet myself because i was so scared. (the wet myself is a figure of speech. That did not actually happen):

Now i love them all.
