Fantasmic's Ursula

I'm not sure if this goes under Imagineering or not, it's just a thought I had...

I miss the giant Ursula from Fantasmic! and I think that just putting her on the water screens isn't enough for that segment. But if she comes back, it should be bigger and better. So here's my thought... when PoD is over and Fantasmic! (supposedly) gets a refurb, somehow turn the Ursula float into a barge and use that. Then they could make the mouth and arms move and stuff.
I think that would be an awesome addition to Fantasmic while keeping a little memory from the PoD. What do you guys think? Any other ideas?

3 years ago, when I was in Disneyland with my best friend: Chris and his mom. We waited for Fantasmic for 3 hours, during the middle of the show, it got broke down during Chernabog scene/Ursula scene. The mists and the projection weren't up. I think, they were trying to get Ursula barge on the show.

They should definitely have Ursula back! I've only seen her 3 or 5 times, I think. It'll also be cool if they had more villains....

I have always wanted for the Ursula back in the show. along with improvements. Something I have thought is the possibility of using inside projection illusions, in a way sort of the singing statues in the graveyard scene at Haunted Mansion, only inside out. That way her head would turn 90 degree angles, while having an actual moving face. Or people controlling facial movements to make it a bit more realistic.

I love that idea! As an East Coaster who doesn't get to Disneyland much...how long has Fantasmic!'s Ursula been out of commission? I saw her my very first trip in 1992 and never again in the 3 trips I've made since then.

they have more villans in disneyworld(Jafar,scar,etc.).I've seen a video of disneyworld's version,and i think that the addition of those villans(and the ursula float back)would make the show possibly more exiting(although i don't want the pocahontis or the lion king scenes).
