Fantasmic changes

Fantasmic changes since it's opening include:

1.The Ursula Float has been removed.There used to be an giant ursula float that moved and went aroud the rivers of america when the ursula on the water screens was talking about how she would make mickey hers.

2.The Butterflies at the end were replaced by blinking lights.

3.They've added light up Elephants behing the screen in the pink elephant scene

4.They keep changing the charicters at the back of the steamboat

does anybody now any other changes?

fantasmic is one of those things that changes so slowly you cant notice it. As far as I know I have no clue lol.

I think It's hard to notice changes easily because sometimes the props are just out for a couple shows,like the pinochio puppets.

ooh! at the end, they use this new(ish) firework that goes up and gets all crazy.. and thats all i've really noticed...

they've used that for a while now, but yeah, they stole that from wdw's version actually. when sorcerer mickey is almost done, 2 white streaks shoot up on both sides and another one shoots up into the sky and explodes into a bunch of lines and then mickey poofs.

they've also changed:
• added glow in the dark elephant poster things that they bounce around behind the mist screens during elephants on parade
• had performers in black wear blue glow in the dark gloves and wave their hands around on stage while the steamboat came out
• changed it so the performers waved around spinning lights
• changed the lights so they were fibre optic colored lights that changed colors with the music and were awesome finally
• got rid of those and added sparkling lights that spark all over the island leading up to steamboat mickey's appearance
• the characters on the back of the mark twain can change sporadically.. but they generally have a set group.. before it was tweedle dee goofy tweedle dum and pluto... then buzz lightyear and woody took the tweedles spot...and nowadays clarabelle seems to feel the need to butt in and stand with them.
• changed closing mickey's disappearance.. you can see him drop a lot more and he goes a little slower as he's not in a free fall anymore.

Including some water screens' sound effects and the quality of the film. They used it from WDW, making it clear.

They added new spinning fountains to the Princess segment.

Thanks! I've added a few things to the first post.Are the pink elephants being behind the waters screens realy new?i thought they were there since the opening of the show.

When mickey slays the dragon, they added a cloth so that a set of small green light sparks kept going from the sword to the dragon after the initial blast.

they later changed this to be more of a stream of light that kept hitting the dragon.

Um ive noticed changes in the light stands....and new gobos in the moving heads on the light stands....um new LCD projectors or just new bulbs..^^ um.....ya like he said mickey goes down a LOT slower, on the stage and on the building....(saefty reasons) ......i think they just changed all of the bulbs cuz it seems more brighter......the fog is thicker than ussual...but thats prob. cuz theres no wind or any sorta brez.....um....I LOVE THE NEW STROBES ON THE STAGE!!!!!!!! and finally the lasers are brilliant!!!!!

they have new fog machines and all types of new stuff on the edge of ROA this is why the fog is thicker. if you look closely between shows you can see them.
