Default Disneyland Resort Hidden Mickeys and Trivia Facts

I'm surprised I never found a thread like this on the boards, so here is a thread where you can submit Hidden Mickeys and other Easter Eggs found at Disneyland because even hardcore Disney fans may have never found them once in their lifetime. So let's break it down into three categories:

Hidden Mickeys/ Seasonal Hidden Mickeys
Trivia Fact
Prop of the Past

Honey, I Shrunk the Audience

Hidden Character - An obvious Hidden Character in this show is the poster with Robin Williams as last year's Inventor of the Year for inventing Flubber.

Hidden Walt - Walt Disney is in the prefilm (the one about the inventors and Wayne, not the preshow that has pretty much nothing to do with the actual film) where it shows tons of inventors. Walt Disney is just one of them (I can't believe I didn't notice this just until yesterday).

Hidden Character - The most obvious Hidden Character is the stuffed Pooh Bear from the family's luggage that was supposed to be shrunken rather than the audience.

Haunted Mansion/ Haunted Mansion Holiday

Hidden Character - Not sure about how many of you know this, but there is an abstract Donald Duck design on the chair right by the mansion's endless hall. It does change locations occasionally

Hidden Mickey - In the ballroom, there's a plate and saucers, but you guys already knew that. However, don't just look for it in one spot each time because according to the book with a list of Hidden Mickeys, it moves.

Seasonal Hidden Mickey - In Haunted Mansion Holiday, Jack's sleigh is crashed near the entrance the ghosts use (in HMH, ghost presents) to get in the ballroom and some snow was thrown about. Look for snow that formed in Mickey's head.

Prop of the Past - The organ used in filming "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea" is the one the ghostly organist is playing. Coincidentally, a red couch in the Haunted Mansion movie was also used in "20,000 Leagues Under the Sea."

Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters

Hidden Mickey - Now, this is a repeated one throughout the maps of the galaxy. On planet Ska-denski, look for a continent in the shape of Mickey's head profile.

Trivia Fact - Circles are the least, squares get a little higher, diamonds get better, and triangles are the most.

Trivia Fact - On the first Zurg you come across in the ride, aim for a little black dot on his chest. You can get 50,000 or so points (some say 100,000, others say 50,000). You can do this to the Zurg in the room where Buzz blasts his secret weapon and you do too, but this is more of a daunting task.

Hidden Mickey - In the first space room, find two floating tiles. The bigger one has a Hidden Mickey on it.

Autopia

Hidden Mickey - Somewhere halfway through the ride, there's a sign that says, "Mouse Crossing," with a picture of a Mickey head.

Hidden Mickey - Take a look at the cars' liscense plates. In the upper right hand corner, there is a small classic Mickey.

Props of the Past - Some of Disneyland vehicles are seen in Car Park such as a car from the Midget Autopia, and an original car from Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.

Space Mountain

Hidden Mickey - Ok, I've heard this one is often overlooked, yet it's so obvious. In between the seats, the middle speakers create a classic Hidden Mickey.

Well, that's all I have and I'll try to post later.

Disneyland Trivia Facts:

2.5 miles is the length of monorail track at Disneyland.
.08 mile was the total length of the Disneyland Monorail on opening day in 1959.

6 Attractions can be found on Main Street, U.S.A.
4 Shows and Entertainment can be found on Main Street, U.S.A.
6 Dining locations are on Main Street, U.S.A.
17 shopping locations can be found on Main Street, U.S.A.
35 feet from Main Street is the Jungle Cruise, and you can't even see it...that is the magic of sight lines.

And that's just the beginning of facts I could list.

wow... this has a better turnout than I thought. some of these, I didn't even know about! here are more stuff:

Star Tours

Prop of the Past - The droid that's fixing the other droid just after you pass by Artoo and 3PO is a goose from the old America Sings show and didn't even wait for the show to close unlike his friends over at Splash Mountain, in case you didn't know. (But you probably did.)

Hidden Mickey - In the safety video, you tend to look more in the center of the screen. But look more towards the lower right corner where the Ewoks are. One has a stuffed Mickey.

Prop of the Past - This is one of the most known Disneyland facts among fans, but one of the most overlooked ones to Disneyland Youtubers. It's in the lower right hand corner of the screen. (The thing that's about to hit your StarSpeeder tries to distract you from it, which is why it's overlooked to many Disneyland fans.)

Soarin' Over California

Trivia Fact - The theme in the queue for California is different from its counterpart in Florida because the fact of the different story: in Florida, it's about taking you to California instead of being there and touring.

Hidden Mickey - According to Steven Barret's Hidden Mickey Field Guide, when you're at the country club, there's a man in the lower left hand corner of the screen who is holding a Mickey balloon.

Hidden Mickey - The most widely known Mickey on this ride is when the golf ball flies past you.

Trivia Fact - The Los Angeles scene is the quickest scene in the ride. Rumors (not sure how accurate this site was), suggest Disney illegally flew over LA.

Hidden Mickey - Apparently, in the Disneyland Holiday scene, the parade features Mickey and Minnie skating on their float, which counts.

Hidden Miickey - Tinkerbell tries to distract you at the end of the film, when a Mickey firework explodes, and because Tink does this, this is counted as a Hidden Mickey.

Trivia Fact - The parade floats were actually stationary and the performers who walk along the parade route actually walked/marched in place to allow several takes over Main Street

Prop of the Past - The building that housed the queue for Rocket Rods can be seen.

The distance from the Partner's Statue to POTC is just about 200 yards. The distance from POTC to Splash Mountain is also about 200 yards, so POTC is halfway between the hub and Splash Mountain.

It is also about 200 yards from the Hub to Innoventions, so the hub is halfway between POTC and Innoventions.

From the Enchanted Tiki Room to Tarzan's Treehouse is only about 100 yards. 100 yards is also the length of the Grand Canyon Diorama and the distance from the hub to the Golden Horseshoe.

From the Main Street Station to the hub is about 250 yards. The distance from the north end of Tom Sawyer's Island to the south end is also about 250 yards.

The Peoplemover track is 1 mile long. BTMRR track is just about a half mile long.
