on another thread I saw a different 800 # for DelivEars then 362-4533. did it indeed change or was the poster mistaken?

Does anyone know how often Disney replies to written mail? Some companies are a lot better than others at responding. Since they probably receive heaps of mail, if I were a manager I'd be willing to employ more people to answer fanmail. Customers appreciate that more and can get the business going successfully.
