Disneyland railroad

I already posted this in the trip planning section. But I was reading about refurbs over here and thought maybe this is a better place for it. Really not trying to double post! I hope nobody gets mad.

We're going to Disneyland from the 18th-23rd (Only 12 more days!!!) and the refurbishment schedule here lists the disneyland railroad as closed during those days. But on the Disneyland website it only mentions the monorail.

I was wondering if anybody knows for sure. I was really bummed when I found out the trains were going to be closed. Now I have a glimmer of hope that maybe it's not happening.

If anybody has any inside information it would be appreciated. Thanks!

According to a CM on the Burnsland boards, the trains have been removed from the cast portal for closed attractions. It sounds like you'll be able to ride the trains.

I just called disneyland guest services before I read this post, and they too said it doesn't look like there are any plans to close them that week.

SWEET!!

I know it's just the trains, but I've always loved them, and my kids would have been really disappointed if they weren't running.
