Lightbulb Disneyland the Movie

I was on my daily bus from school listening to RDCT and I thought hmmm maybe a Disneyland Movie Here is the story: Two siblings that wished there was a place were they could escape there harsh and depressing childhood but when they wished hard enough it happened! Then one night when there dad was getting home they ran off to avoid him and found an abandoned train station (Mainstreet train station) and ran into one of the tunnels and found themselves in a magical place called Disneyland!
They were greeted with friendly citizens of Mainstreet U.s.a. the citiznes told the children they were waiting for them to arrive but someone else was too! Maleficent the Dark Fairy and other Villians of Fantasyland wanted to transport the children to an even worst version of there sad lives so with help from the mayor of Mainstreet He sent them off to find the King of Disneyland Walt Disney who lived in Sleeping Beauty castle so then there Journey begins....

Thats all I have so far what do ya'll think!?

Great idea! I would for sure go see that if it was ever made into a movie. I really like the plot and storyline you created!

Great idea, I'd go see. This should be in the Imagineer thread.

I've been wondering why they never made a movie about the fantasy behind the park for such a long time. And I always thought the premise of Disneyland was that the characters retire here after their movies are done and now they actually live inside their attractions.

In the morning before Disneyland opens, you would watch them emerging from their rides stretching and yawning and starting their days. You would observe the dwarves doing maintenance on the track for Snow White's Scary Adventure. You would see Wendy and the Lost Boys sweeping up in front of Peter Pan's Flight. Peter would be hovering up near the top with a rag polishing the rides facade. Tinker Bell would be sprinkling pixie dust on the ride vehicles to make them fly. Then Mickey would walk out of his house in Toon Town with a clip board following up with everyone to make sure all was ready for the guests before the main gates open.

And I like the Wizard of Oz structure to Service Elevator's plot. And before the siblings return home they could have to promise to keep the secret that Disneyland's magic is real. I've always believed Disneyland would make an excellent film. In Orange County they used to have a TV show a bit similar to this called the KCAL Kids, later called the Toon Town Kids. It had a some kids who had adventures in Disneyland and interacted with the characters. But Elevator's idea is much more thought out and suspenseful and they really should make a movie from it.

Cool idea. Kind like Kingdom Keepers, where two kids get locked in the Magic Kingdom over night and the entire park comes to life.

It would be cool if your idea Mort had Live action actors and animation fused . Also, Service's idea is alot like Kingdom Keepers. I'd love to see Kingdom Keepers be made into a Disney Movie, or at least have it re-released because I've never heard it, but I want to badly.

I would see it!

But, I don't think there will be a Disneyland the Movie. Nowadays, all the news rides have to be based off a Disney Movie, etc.
