A Day At Disneyland?

I bought a video back in 1996 called "A Day at Disneyland" I believe at the Emporium on Main Street. The last few times I've been I could not find this video. Does anyone know if DL Park still sells this, or something similar?

I believe they no longer make and sell these. I had heard about these and was looking for one 3 years ago but couldn't find one. I called Disneyland and they told me they now sell "The Disneyland Resort Video Guide'' instead. I bought it, it cost me $19.95, and I was very disappointed with it. It is full of footage they used on every other FREE Disneyland marketing video/DVD I've ever received with a bit of added footage of 2 cast members hosting/narrating it. You are lucky to own yours--hang on to it!! =)

Darn. I love mine because it gives you the full experience and allows you to see the rides as if you were riding them. I was hoping they still sold them. I guess I'll just have to rely on my trusty old camcorder. But I love this video, I was hoping there would be an updated version since mine does not include the new Tomorrowland or IJA.

In 2005 when were preparing to go to the park, I inquired about "A Day in Disneyland." I was wondering at the time if it was available in any format because I had seen it before, and I thought it would be a good thing to show the kids as we were having a family meeting to discuss the trip. Well, I couldn't find it....and fortunately, one of them showed up on EBAY on VHS (I don't think its available on DVD), and I sent the seller a private message offering them more than what they listed it for....and they cancelled their listing and sold it to me. I personally think its the best video out there about the park....at least its the most entertaining. It is a bit outdated now, but still a good item to have if you can find one. I also think its a lot better than the promotional DVD's they're selling at the park nowadays.

A new DVD called "Disneyland - The Secrets, Stories and Magic of the Happiest Place on Earth" was suppose to be released during the 50th but it's release date has been postponed to an unknown time.

According to a Google search you can view the movie on YouTube.

It looks like the version on YouTube is one from the 70s. Not the exact same video. It was definitely pretty cool to watch, though! :)
