Default Is the CircleVision360 room still there?

Is the CircleVision360 room still in DLR? I can't think of a way you can get into it now except backstage, all because of that dumb Buzz Lightyear ride. Also, i remember seeing the CV 360 screens when waiting in line for Rocket Rods, so does anyone remember what movie was playing on it there at that time? Does anyone have a video of it when it became the queve of Rocket Rods? That would be cool if someone had a video of the queve of Rocket Rods too.

I believe BLAB has encompassed the entire Circlevision theater, screens and all.

According to

http://www.visionsfantastic.com/main...irclevision360

The Circlevision attraction originally played "America The Beautiful." It later played "Wonders of China" and "American Journeys".

I miss the Circlevision show and I always liked the "Wonders of China" movie. It still plays in the China Pavilion at Epcot's World Showcase.

I think that most of Tomorrowland buildings are either still being used as they were used before like Star Tours. But, there are also other buildings that are used as other purposes, as Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters and Rocket Rods used the CircleVision 360 building.

Sincerely, a brother of a half-demon,

What part were the screens at and stuff? Like saying in the queue of Buzz, where Buzz is talking with an etch-a-sketch behind him, there used to be blah blah. Where were the screens located?

I hope I'm allowed to mention this: on YouTube, a few people have videos of the Rocket Rods queue, and I made a playlist of a couple of them for my article about Tomorrowland '98 on my Steampunk site. You can also see a good portion of it in higher resolution on the Extinct Attractions Club video about the Peoplemover.

^ That's a great link, buddy. I don't know if you'll get slammed for noting that it's "your site", but I do hope the mods leave it up. Nice writing/summary too, polished writing is always a pleasure to read.

If I remember correctly, when you waited in line for Rocket Rods, there would be a movie about a firetruck driving down the street. There were a whole bunch of other clips involving cars, and all the film had been sped up.

Has anyone ever noticed that most old black-and-white films we see are sped up? When I was little I always imagined it was because at that time people weren't as obese as a lot of people in the U.S. are today and they could walk a lot faster lol.

old movie cameras were usually hand cranked and the frame rate wasn't consistent let alone the precise 24 frames per second we're used to now for movies (29.97 for tv and videos in america). so depending how it gets played back it'll probably look faster and jumpy

It's relevent to the topic being discussed, which is about the only time it's appropriate to link you your own site. It's not just a pointless off-topic chek out my kewl website!!!! post, so it's fine.

Wonders of China has been replaced with Reflections of China at Epcot.
