Camera in Buzz Lightyear's Astro Blasters?

where is it at disneyland in california?

i asked a cast member before boarding the ride and they said it would ruin the fun.

does anyone know or is it really just a good secret?

It's in the room where Buzz it shooting at Zurg. Look at the people ahead of you and time the flash. There WILL be a flash once you enter that room. That's where the picture is.

the cameras are just webcams it says so on the website

The camera dayna describes is the one that takes your photo that you can email to yourself. it is right after the dark tunnel and it is where you lose control of spinning your car. (they position you for the photo.)

It didn't take me too long to figure out by myself where the camera was (good trick is to have a different expression in each room!

). But I still can't figure out the exact time it takes my picture. When I decide to actually pose, I lose precious time gaining points. In one picture, my mom has this "I did the pose!" look on her face, because she thought the camera already took our picture. Pretty funny stuff!

For the record, it's not a 'flash' there is a vertical string of lights that come up and the picture is taken. Then the lights come down again. It takes about 3 seconds, not at all like the other rides where it's a flash of light. It happens shortly after you enter that room.

You don't know the exact timing, because the lights stay on for about a second, so just pose as soon as the lights come up, and start shooting again when they go down.

You're going to have to give up on getting the highest score if you're going to pose for a camera.
