Yes she will. All you have to do is go to city hall and ask for a birthday sticker.
They don't ask for proof of any kind and walking around with a B-day sticker is a great experience CM's are extra friendly and sometimes ya even get extra perks.

^SM is right. They don't ask for any sort of ID, so everything should be fine! I went to Disneyland 2 days after my birthday and although it felt weird for people to say "Happy Birthday!" when it wasn't *exactly* my birthday, it was still cool since I did nothing on my actual b-day.

Sometimes I think they *should* ask for ID because there have been some times when I see an unusually high amount of people with birthday stickers. I know that many people couldn't all be born on the same day AND come to Disneyland on the same day!

Why not? Several million people share a birthday on any given day. Disneyland opens its doors to somewhere around 50,000 people on average each day. If 1% of that daily attendance is there celebrating their birthday, that'd be 500 people.

Best thing about those birthday stickers (for characters at least) is when you sign autographs you can write a short note to them using their name and they are like, "Hey, how did he know my name?" :)
