I am a big fan of Nostalgic Disneyland, so my vote is for the original..however the new one has been well done in the animation dept..it's not bad!

I am glad they kept the subs, but I am however not really into the Nemo theme. I voted for the original because at least they tried educating you somewhat with a whimsical story. Just a better adventure overall.

I have yet to ride Nemo, and I hardly remember the original, so I can't really vote here. Our family just hasn't been dying to ride it, but we may next time since my grandma will be with us. Get back to you then.

Well it's been a while since I last rode the original Submarine Voyage, and more recent memories of Nemo Subs had me thinking it was lots of fun.

Overall, I think I'll go with the original, because I do remember how exciting it was for me, and how it was part of my childhood with visiting Disneyland.

EDIT: I accidently voted neither... I meant to vote the original Sub Voyage.. Oh well.

Original takes my vote. I remember almost everything about it. Nemo I dislike alot. It's mostly movie underwater and that's what I disliked about it.

There just seemed to be more to see in the original. The new one has stuff... but it jsut struck me as the same as watching a movie... there was so little actually physically there. I do like how they were able to use the screens to make the ocean seem more expansicve and be able to integrate large animals like whales. Bt the old one just seemed to offer more.

i haven't actually ridden the Nemo subs, but from the videos I've seen, it looks better than the original subs. The originals, at least how I remember them were really cheap. The animatronics were just like fish attached to poles and I never got that feeling of being in the deep ocean. Like I said, I haven't been on the new one, and I was like 7 the last time I went on the old one, so I'm just not going to vote.

I've never been on either, so i can't really judge. From the videos, however, I do know that I love the underwater volcano in Nemo, but I prefer the theming in the original ride.

Long story:

I didn't vote because I'm undecided. I like the submarine ride better in WDW than DL. I though putting in Nemo was an intresting way to revive the popularity of the attraction. I'm just glad to see the subs in the lagoon again. The Nemo theme also will make people go on again. 75% of people on the site obviously disagree with me, but not everyone in the world is a disney fan. Plus, lots of good technology is in the attraction. Bringing back the old submarine ride probably won't make the guests, other than disney fanboys, happy because, lets face it the original SV didn't have the best effects in the world. Nemo was good to revive this old attraction. WDW's subs were better, nemo was good, but I wouldn't say it was better than the old SV either. I wouldn't vote neither.
This is why I didn't vote.

I'm done.

I was a big fan of the original and went on it every time I visited the park. However, I'm going to have to break from my tradition of preferring the old school rides. There are quite a few things I prefer about the new ride, the animation being one of them.

I do feel that the theme is no longer as well-suited for Tomorrowland as the old ride's theme was, but I still enjoy it. And, frankly, I'm happy seeing subs moving through the lagoon again.

I am just really happy to have the subs back!
