Default Autopia Fastpass

Ever notice that the Autopia fast pass doesn't really work that well. I mean on a really busy busy day it does. I was at disneyland on Friday and the wait for Autopia was 50 mins. So I got a fastpass and returned at the proper time. Well using the fast pass I still waited 38 Mins. Hmmmmm????

I agree, although the line can sometimes get up to an hour, I think they should remove the fastpass for Autopia. Matterhorn is sometimes more than an hour, and it doesn't have fastpass, right?

Correct, and I agree with Autopia's FP. It was there because Autopia had a HUGE demand after it initially opened to a big bunch of hoopla. That's all gone now & it's one of the more frustrating stand-by lines in the park. If Pirates & Mansion did fine w/o FP, Autopia probably would as well.

At least you waited 38 minutes instead of 50. Thats better.

I hate the Autopia line, it seems like even with the fast pass it always takes forever. I rarely ride autopia - mainly because the line moves so slow.

It's better then it was in the old days, (prior to the remodeling.)
I remember waiting as a kid for 2 hours for 1/2 the current track.

I do agree the stand by line is terrible,
I think it needs to have FP removed as well.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to announce that EVERY line, stand-by, FastPass, or whatever, could be improved by making the load/unload procedures more efficient. Space Mountain hsa a 30 second clock, or it will go down. Amazing the effect that has on its line isn't it? Put that in park-wide and you'll really have something. Sometimes a little tweak in the name of efficiency can make a huge difference.

tomorrowland. I think that when they have a higher demand that they should open the other tracks. They were made so they can have higher demand, so why don't they use it. Even this christmas they only were opened half a day out of the five days i was there.

I think that the Autopia line should be mostly indoors/underneath some shade. That's the main reason I don't go to Autopia very much - the line is way too sunny.

here is are the rides that have fastpasses that move fast is splash mountain and big thunder. the rest move the pace of the stand by line. the autopia should lose the fastpass for good. i never used it and i dont think i will because i dont mind standing in line to wait.
