Default Attractions that need to be replaced

Which rides or shows at Disneyland would you like to see replaced? I've got a few on my list.

1) Get rid of Pooh (or at least move it to Fantasyland) and bring back Country Bears with a new show.

2) Replace Honey I Shrunk the Audience (It's a good show, but it's definitely showing age) with a new 3-d film.

3) Take out the 50th anniversary special of Steve Martin and Donald Duck with Great Moments with Mr Lincoln

I agree that HISTA needs to be updated, or greatly refurbed. HISTA looked very run down this last time, and half the effects were off. And this was in late JUNE!!!! I think as long as the 50th is going, leave the 50th Anniversary special with Steve Martin.

Yeah, the whole "Honey I Shrunk" thing has long been over. That needs something new put in there.
I think what needs to be updated is Star Tours. I think everyone has "been to Endor" and definitely one loading dock should stay "Endor". The others should have different voyages!
Pooh Bear, while a strange but lucrative franchise, took the place of something that more adults liked "Country Bears"....and while the theater was hardly ever full, it was still an awesome show! Great technology!
I really wish they would create an audio animatronic show where WALT DISNEY tells you how he created Mickey Mouse, then Disneyland! THAT would be a show that would knock people's socks off! Especially those of us that were born after Walt Disney died.

I would probably have to agree with all of the above. But even though I didn't like Pooh that much, I think they should replace it with something else rather than the Country Bear Jamboree.

Pooh isnt that bad, all the kids in my family love it, and i know if they had to choose between it and Country Bear, they would choose Pooh. CBJ was dreadfully boring.

HISTA and its theater need to be removed all together. If Tomorrow land is the look into the future... then what the heck is a 3D theater doing there ?!?! 3D movies are soooooo prehistoric. The future is Interactive Holograms.

Next - Innoventions .... boy, what a waste of time and money that is. do something with it!

Star Tours definately needs an updated simulator sequence.

- HISTA should definitely be replaced. I would suggest PhilHarmagic, but the theatre's too small and PhilHarmagic is more of a Fantasyland attraction.

- Star Tours definitely needs an update (pod race!).

- Innoventions....ummm....I really don't care for the attraction that much!

- I think Disneyland needs to keep Tomorrowland a step ahead of current technology and attractions (?)

- I don't think the 50th anniversary special should be removed. Maybe it can be updated so it celebrates the story of Disneyland. But it should be placed in another land and Mr. Lincoln should be put back after the 50th!

Kinda funny how most of our suggestions are regarding Tomorrowland. I guess it's kinda hard (not to mention expensive) to try and top todays technology and predict the things to come. Personal human flight would be something to predict, that certainly will be happening in the future. Perhaps a Single person, personal flight simulator could occupy the Innoventions building.

I think there are already so many attractions for adults in the park, Pooh
is something little kids can relate to. Don't forget they can start deciding if they want to come back at an early age. The park should keep a variety of attractions for all ages if we care about keeping it going.

Honey I Shrunk the Kids was probably good near the time the movie was new. Have not heard anything good about it and never saw it.

People will probably hate me for this, but between Pooh and CBJ, I think I like Pooh better. I used to be afraid of CBJ as a little kid. As I got older, I noticed hardly anyone was in it. Then again, Pooh isn't very popular either...Maybe they should take Pooh out too and replace that? I don't know...

I think a lot of the Tomorrowland attractions need to be updated or removed altogether.

I think that the area behind BTMRR (petting zoo?) could be used for something so much better. IMO, i've never even been over there and I know they might use it for Santa and stuff this year but I just think theres so much land they could so add something to frontierland. There's not much in frontierland as it is...
