I don't know whether you listen to podcasts or not, but if you don't, here's a really good reason to start!

There's a great podcast called 'Inside The Magic". You can subscribe via iTunes, or look them up via Google. It's a totally free podcast.

They have a guy who collaborates on the podcast named "Skipper Ben", and he worked at WDW for a few years while in the Disney College Program, and then worked for Disney Radio for years after that.

He has great stories, and there is other great behind-the-scenes stuff on that program that will give you a great source for many, many cast member stories.

I know it's WDW, but it's so a really great show.

A Window To The Magic is another podcast, but it's centered pretty much totally around Disneyland. And it's good, too, but they just locked up their archive and started charging people 99 cents per episode, so that can be a bit expensive.
