It only has fans I believe, not air conditioning. Plus where you sit is under water and that is a big lagoon so the water does stay nice and cool. Mix that with the fans and the subs stay a nice comfy temp inside.

Well the subs were cool inside for me too.
I like how the air comes through every porthole in the sub, so everyone gets the fresh air. |

yes there is A/C.I had to clean the subs one night and the other CM told me that they usally have the air ond for us but for some reason it wasnt on tell the mechanics showed up(dont figure)but i think that they havent quite worked out the bugs cause sometime it works and sometime it dont.

I felt maybe the a/c was turned off already for the last trip of the night. It just felt a bit stuffy for me. It wasn't terrible, but just not cool, for my taste.

Also, the feeling of air moving helps prevent feelings of claustrophobia: It doesn't feel like you're shut in.
