Penny Arcade Rules

1. All Rules and Guidelines for the VF Forums also apply to the Arcade.

All comments must abide by forum rules just like a post. Keep comments brief due to low space restrictions.

2. Cheating will not be tolerated.

Even though Arcade Attendant Neo and the Developers of the Arcade have taken many precautions to prevent cheating, anyone caught trying or succeeding using a cheat or hack will be reported to Admin.

3. Play at your own risk.

If for any reason there was an error and your score was not recorded properly, we are unable to go back later and edit or add your score.

4. Tournaments Rules.

All tournament results are final.
Tournaments will start as soon as we have enough members to start. Tournament participants will be emailed when the tournament starts and have 2 days to play after this participants with the lower score will be disqualified if they do not use all there turns. It is the tournament starter’s responsibility to PM every user in the tournament and keep track of what is going on. If there are any problems PM me right away.

Only and I mean ONLY 5 active tournaments at a time

This includes all tournaments no matter who starts them.

5. Scores.

All games that have a high score that can not be beaten will be erased weekly. All other scores will be erased monthly. If your score is erased it can not be replaced. Do not ask. This keeps it fair for all so that everyone can continue to play each other and no one person is high scorer for long periods of time. Also if your premium Membership expires so do your scores. Sorry but this can not be changed for security reasons.

6. Please address all problems and concerns to Arcade Attendant Neo.

DO NOT post about problems or concerns on the board. Neo may begin threads to discuss a particular problem, but all issues should be PMed to Arcade Attendant Neo. This will keep the Premium Board free from technical questions. Address Requests to Neo in the form of a PM with the SUBJECT being the title of the game or feature you'd like to request. Please be as specific and descriptive as possible.

To help some people out with the sounds created by some of these flash games I am recommending you to download this program. It is called FlashMute and it will allow you to mute the flash games. This should help with the annoying sounds I know these games create. I am sorry I cant find any other way to mute them at this time but I will continue looking.

For the summer only we are increasing our games to include 25 games at a time. It will return to 15 at the end of the summer, this is just so we all have something to play during summer school LOL.

Because there are now 25 games I will increase the tournaments to 7 at a time. But if a tournament is still 'waiting for players' after 5 days it will be deleted. I hope that no one will take advantage of the tournaments and that everyone will play responsibly.
