Disney Legends Awards presented at D23 Expo

D23 Expo: Robin Williams, Golden Girls to win awards

Disney Legends Awards will go to actor Robin Williams, actresses who played “The Golden Girls” on the T.V. show and others during a major Disney expo next week, Disney announced today.

The awards ceremony will be part of the four-day D23 Expo, the first convention of the new official Disney fan club. The ceremony is set for 11 a.m. Sept. 10.

If only it didn't cost so much to belong to D23. (Unless I misread something?)

I believe non-D23 members CAN go to the expo, but members get discount

Yep. I'm not sure how much of a discount it is though. Too bad I can't make it!

I hope they'll finally making a new show for Fantasyland Theatre and possibly reconstructing the theatre as well.
