Most Villainous Villainesses?

So, Cinematical is doing it's usual Halloween scary-movie-avalanch. This year's theme seems to be women in horror films. Here are a couple that reference Disney Villians.

Girls on Film: Maleficent's Reign

So, in your opinion, who are the "Most Villainous Villainesses Ever"?

Maleficent and maybe Cruella as a close second.... Ursula can turn big and all, but that's only with a trident. No other villain or villainess has ever turned into a dragon except for Queen Narissa, and that's a tribute/homage to Maleficent...

As for villain, I would say Jafar, but Facilier seems pretty evil...

Maleficent is pure evil. She even has horns. You gotta be pretty evil to have horns.

Killing your step-daughter because she is beautiful is also pretty darn evil. The Queen from Snow White is quite the evil villainess.

Cruella wants to skin puppies. How evil does one have to be to do that? Very evil.

But Maleficent has to be the most evil. Even her name is evil. She seems to really enjoy being evil.
