Ok well they still like the arcade games, so they are staying. Well most of em. Strips dips and chips is coming down. Construction walls are up but ppl are still up. They wanted to keep em so anything under screamin, (cept for strips dips and chips or whatever its called) is safe. The construction proves that bc it started in a back stage area.

Why WDI has to ruin Paradise Pier is beyond me. Is the MaliBOOMer going to be taken out because of Midway Madness?

^^Heavens NO! have u even looked at the pix? The constuction is way on the other side of that.

^Well, I have seen the construction walls in person but I heard that the Golden Zephyer, Orange Stinger, and possibly Muholland Madness were going to be scraped. That is why I did'nt know about MaliBOOMer and its fate.

That's a possibility that the aforemention attractions could meet their end in the next few years, not a certainty.

I would kinda not care if those rides were scraped. Maliboomer, well now we have Tower of Terror and to me, one free fall ride in one park is enough. So if one of them were to get the boot, theirs no way Tower of Terror is getting it. Muholland Madness, eh, I'm not a big fan of crazy mouse rides, and this one isn't any different than any other that you find in parks across America.

But if these rides do leave soon, I sure hope they do get to replace them with new and original rides.

^^those sorta were oringal rides. I do agree that these tupes of rides are kinda low for disney, EXCEPT for Mailiboomer. Maliboomer is way diffrent. Being shot upward, and being dropped from the top are two totally diffrent expirences. Plus in tower of terror you don't see the world rushing toward you, you just see a wall move up and down. I do enjoy orange stinger, and if im in the mood muholland madness can be fun as well, but i wouldn't mind of they scrapped 'em. And I REALLY HOPE THEY SCRAP GOLDEN ZEPHYR. I think its only fun when its pouring rain, and that means that the cars start when its sprinkiling and there up in the air when its pouring. YOU DO GET SOAKED but its pretty cool. But if they got rid of orange stinger they'd have to drain the lake, or put a gynormus barge underneath it.

^I didnt know that DCA runs the Golden Zephyer in the rain. They useually close it if the wind blows over 2 mph.
If Paradise Pier is rethemed to a 1920's Victorian Boardwalk, they could keep the Golden Zephyer. Those kind of rides used to exist back then. Muholland Madness could eaisly be rethemed and the MaliBOOMer could be rethemed and renamed as well. The Orange Stinger probably will be scrapped unless they could retheme that as well.

^^Well the wind wasn't blowing and it was sprinkiling, about a minute after take off it started pouring like crazy. IdK about mailboomer being rethemed...I don't want it to go but how could they retheme it?

^Well, they could change the sheets on the side of the towers and the props on the tops of the towers to resemble a 1920's Victorian era boardwalk game since the MaliBOOMer is already themed as a "Use the mallet to get the ball(i.e. the seats) to hit the bell at the top" type game.

Actually those are already there and they just got re painted. The walls are behind screamin covering the backstage area.
