I dont think there are any plans for those parades moving. Fantillusion was at Tokyo Disneyland and moved to Disneyland Paris so i dont think it'll move again any time soon.

if the are rumors, i hoop that the fantillusion parade stay for a few years in paris and than we get the spectromagic parade or the main street elektrical parade dreamlight. for disneyland paris of course
