Hi there VF! I am currently working on an Apartment building project for school, and I am planning on solving the waste issue with the HVAC system, is it expensive? is it worth for a 5 apartment buildings complex?

I have found and watched some amazing videos of our favouirte disney attractions played on piano. There are lots of them and if you want to see them and watch them they're on youtube. I didn't do them myself, i'm just telling you thats all.

Steam Trains Tour cancelled until Oct 12

Steam train tour cancellation through October Walt Disney World Travel Examiner Guests who booked the Magic Behind Our Steam Trains Tour between now and Oct. 12 have been receiving phone calls informing them that the tour has temporarily been canceled. Disney has not confirmed if this cancellation is due to the investigation of the monorail crash, but many are speculating that it is. Reason being the tour takes guests close to the monorail barn when they go visit some of the backstage areas on the three-hour tour. I personally think that the Disney characters aren't as good as the ones at Disneyland. I've been to both Disneyland & The Magic Kingdom & I must say that the characters in California are much more animated than the one's in Florida. The characters in California go on the attractions & play jokes & pranks on the park guests while the Florida ones just stand there signing autographs (some even forget to smile sometimes!) A good example of this difference is at Disneyland with The Mad Hatter & Alice characters. They go on the Fantasyland attractions sometimes & even have their own little musical chairs show at the Coca-Cola Corner. But when I went to The Magic Kingdom, I saw the two out front of The Mad Tea Party & all they ever did was sign autographs & takes pictures with the very occasional comedic banter. Now I've been to Disneyland way more times than Walt Disney World so I don't know if this was just an uninteresting Hatter & Alice. I've also begun to realize that the CMs at Disney World are much more stuffy & strict so I don't know if that played a role. Anyways has anyone else realized this difference or am I just being my usual Disney fan nerd self? :D

So I've been thinking of all of the WDW and Disneyland attractions that have all of thase catchy tunes we all know and love. The question is, do we really know them by heart? So I've for those of you who would like for me to pull up the lyrics to any Disney attraction, just ask and I'll pull'em up fpr ya!!

Well the title says it all.

I just finished watching the "What's Next" press event video through the magic of Youtube and am so jealous. Ha ha.

How come we don't get a big press event? I don't mean to whine but hey WDW has been left out for a really long time.

They get a better Fantasmic while we stick with the same one we've had for more than a decade. They get a new and more technologically advanced fireworks show (WITH DUMBO!!!) and we stick with the one we have now.

Honestly I'm not whining, I'm just saying that wer deserve respect.(I hope that was the nice way to put it...) We are the most left out resort out of all the Disney Parks except for maybe HKDL but that's out of the question.

Well, in the past there's been a fair amount of speculation saying that Walt Disney World's 40th Anniversary Celebration is a go. Now although this may not be confirmed by The Walt Disney Executives or anyone from the company I still have high hopes that this will happen.

They say that the Little Mermaid Attraction that's currently in development over at DCA will be coming to Fantasyland, and there's even rumors of a complete Fantasyland refurbishment.

They also say that a new parade similar to Tokyo Disneyland's Jubilation(best parade ever) will be coming down Main Street for the 40th, with a full 21st century refurb of Spectromagic. As for the castle forecourt stage shows they say we will get something similar to Viva Magic!(greatest castle show ever). Fireworks will be a longer, updated version of Wishes with more Disney characters, and much more fireworks that will fill the night sky 360 degrees around.

Adventureland will get the original Tropical Serenade(Enchanted Tiki Room) back but with a bit more modern technology.

Mickey's Toontown fair will now be like Tokyo Disneyland's with a more Roger Rabbit's Toontown theme.

Well as you may have noticed I have realy high hopes for this. Let's hope Disney doesn't go the cheap way and just do what they did with the Dreams Come True Parades and add a cheap Supersonic Celebration :icon_roll

Also keep in mind this is all speculation.

Who remembers this Magical parade? This was one of the best parades Magic Kingdom has ever had.

Whenever I hear the song I recollect all of the great magical moments I have had with this parade. I could not get out of the Magic Kingdom without watching this parade. Now that it's gone I really miss it.

Who else misses this parade? Do you wish it came back? What was your favorite part of the parade? Did you have any Magical Moments in it? Compared to the one we have now, was this a better parade?

I would love to see the Jubilation! Parade come. Or if it's far too expensive they can bring either the Parade of Dreams, or the Once Upon a Dream Parade.

I'm looking for a complete schedule or listing of all shows, parades, fireworks for the Christmas Season of 1988 @ WDW. I'm completing a scrapbook and I'm missing that information. I have brochures from MK and Epcot from those years but there are no listings or showtimes of parades/shows/fireworks, etc. For example was Mickey's All America Birthday Parade took place during the holidays that year? Did the Electrical Water Pageant play that season? Any info about Xmas 1988 in all lands of WDW would be much appreciated.

Should It's A Small World Go To World Showcase?

So, the new Celebrate A Dream Come True Parade premiered on January 23, 2009. With very little practice, the parade comes off with a very emotional type of response similar to Wishes! Below is the link to view the parade:

Does Anyone have the soundclip from spacemountain that went "In the future packages will be sent to distant worlds through beams of light." I have been looking for a clip of this forever. It was played as you exited the ride on the walkway. Any info helps thanks

I'm a student now in Orlando, FL and so I purchased a year pass and have been to the Magic Kingdom quite a few times this school year. The last time I was there was on the evening of the 27th of December. I was there with my little brother till the park closing at 1AM from about 9AM that morning. I was able to ride the Haunted Mansion several times, and towards the last few hours in the park I thought the ride seemed to be a little bit eerier. It seemed colder and draftier in some parts and the lighting seemed different too. Neither my brother or I had remembered it being like that the previous times we rode. Do they alter the ride later at night, or was it just us being tired after a long day? Oh and I also noticed that in the stretching room around the base of the walls there seemed to be like grills or something, which I don't remember there being after the revamp on the ride a year or two ago when they redid it.

I have started an online petition to try to revive the "Country Bear Christmas Special" the more people who sign it we get the better chance we may have at getting the show back. Please sign the petiion only once

Recently, my visits to the Walt Disney World Resort have been quite underwhelming, since there weren't as many characters out! From what I have heard, Clarabelle Cow and Horace Horsecollar, Clarice, Wendy, Darby, Woody, Jessie, and Bert have been removed. I hear that next to be removed would be Marie, however that's in another park. Any thoughts?

Well, I'm posting from Orlando, and I've had what has to be the most interesting CM encounter I've ever had. BTW, if the CM in question happens to read this, feel free to PM.

The first night we were here, Saturday, I laughed at the antics of a CM selling balloons, and he called back 'Hey' to me in mock insult, and I just laughed and kept walking (this was after the fireworks had ended, aka Mass Exodus).

Well, tonight as I was making my way up Main Street to the entrance after the 8pm parade, I saw him again, and when he saw me and called me back, this time I humored him. We exchanged names, zodiac signs, he asked how long I was here, so on, so on. He asked where my family was, then asked where the boyfriend was. I replied 'Don't have one. Not having one until college.' Then I kissed him on the cheek and walked off laughing as before.

Before I left to rejoin my family, I left a compliment for him at City Hall calling him a gentleman.

Thoughts, concerns (could I have gotten this guy fired? please say no), and anything else.
