Blue diving suit quest

I really need help. I cant seem to find where Jolly Roger's skull is and I was wondering if anyone has the answers to the quest. If you can help that would be great!

the jolly rodgers skull is in storybook land in front of the big whale.

I just looked there and the only skull I saw was in the distance. Was that the one? If so, then how do you get that task finished?

do you have to play a game of pirates for the test that says, in order to battle the pirates youll need a boat, and in order to win youll need to stay a float?

No that is not the one. There is a kinda' shadow skull in between the Whale's mouth and the mine entrance. It is on the grass.
