I need some help....please?

I used to be able to get onto VMK easy, but now I cant get in at all and I dont know why. I is probably just my computer, but I dont know if anyone else ever had problems that were similar and then fixed them.

See, I have all of the right things downloaded, but everytime that i try to log in, it just goes back to the same log in page. I even tried getting a new person and it still didnt work.

Any ideas on what to do or try? Oh, and what internet program do u use to get on? Firefox, Opera, Internet Explorer?
And thanks for any advise u might have!!!

Have you updated your shockwave software? That might be the problem. Try uninstalling and re-installing shockwave and see how that helps. I know that I had to do that after I updated.

I play on IE. But when I trade between my people, I have both IE and FoxFire up.

There was a problem my friend recently encountered and it had to do with Windows Update. It seems that one of the updates for Windows won't allow Shockwave to run on your computer (from what I understand). I went through the macromedia.com website and their support/help tool to find that out and provide the steps to fix the problem.
