Hey! I really really like Disney DVDs, especially since most of them come in that really cool packaging cases. so i thought i'd start a thread here where anyone can post DVD news, or easter eggs, or whatever so we all can be in the know.

Does anyone here remember the show Dinosaurs? Let me take you back. The show was on in the mid 1990s i believe and it was about a family of dinosaurs (the Sinclairs I think) living in the prehistoric ages. it was live action, but the characters were all huge muppets (i think), but the Big Bird kind (as in fully dressed and walk around) but so much better. the charcters from the family were the dad (Earl), the mom (Fran), a son (Robbie), a daughter (Darlyne), and a baby boy (Baby). Does anyone remember this show? go here if you need to be reminded further: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dinosaurs_%28TV_series%29. it was like a cult hit and very well done and it should be on Disney channel but it's not anymore.

HOWEVER, it is coming to DVD! i just read on www.DisneyDVD.com that is slated to come out May 5!

ok...so any other DVD news?

Wow. I rememeber that show. I haven't thought about it in a long time. I used to watch it when I was little. I remember they always showed thid music video of the baby singing a song..."I'm that baby, gotta love me, even though I'm not so cuddly" Ahhh...Those were the days.

Anyway, back to the topic at hand. I don't own too many Disney DVD's, but of the ones I have, my favorite has got to be the Lion King 1 1/2. That movie is really funny, and the second disc has lots of cool stuff. I have a question though. In the Lion King 1 1/2 DVD, there is a thing called Timon and Pumbaa's Virtual Safari 1.5. I love this thing because it's like you're riding all the classic rides at Disneyland. I don't have the first Lion King on DVD, and I was wondering if there is a Virtual Safari on that DVD too. If so, I might have to buy it just for that.
