I was just watching Family Guy and Peter took Stewie to Disneyworld where he got lost. The cops found him and made him part of the Small World ride along with all the other lost children. What other shows have you seen with Disneyland/world references in them?

I dont know about shows and stuff. But I found this song and its freaking hilarious. It's called "The Homecoming Queen's Got A Gun" and its about a girl who is home coming queen and then she goes to DL to be in a homecoming parade then she pulls out a gun and starts shooting everybody from her school while shes on the float. You will die laughing if you hear this song.

^^Umm, I guess it's one of those things that you have to hear for it to be funny? Reading your description, it sounds more morbid than anything else. :icon_roll
There were a couple skits on MadTV about Disneyland and Disney freaks. Both were really hilarious! I found them on You Tube (?), so if anyone wants to check them out, just search Mad TV Disney.

Well that's Family Guy for you. Kind of like the Simpsons: turing morbidity into comedy.
I really liked the Full House episode where they all went to Disneyworld. Especially since it was a to be continued lasting for more than one episode. The Sabrina one was good and so was the Step by Step. I barely remember the Boy Meets World episode but that's it I think. What other shows does everyone remember?

In Jurassic Park where they were trying to restore the park. Now, it made an incorrection. John Hammond said "When Disneyland opend in 1956. Nothing Worked." Malcom said "Yeah but John if Pirates breaks down the Pirates don't eat the tourists". It was inaccurate. DL opened in 1955 and Pirates opened 1966.

^I remember that! I thought that line about pirates was hilarious!
Origionaly in the National Lampoon's Vacation they were suppossed to go to Disneyland but they wouldn't let them film in the park or let them use the Disney name because Disneyland never closes. But they parody that movie in a few ways (like I think the mans name was Roy Wally for Wally World) so it was shot at Magic Mountain. I think there was an episode of Family Matters that was in Disneyland. I know there are more but I can't think of any now.

^ Oh that's right. It's where Laura dresses up as Cinderella and Steve turns into Prince Charming.

In Full house, they did a whole show at Walt Disney World. On the simpson homer says "I am going to go where nobody is around for miles.....Disney's California Adventure".

Yeah the full house one took up two shows. I want to see the Family Matters one again.

I remember an episode of the simpsons where they are forced to run a youth hospice to pay off bart's fat camp expenses. I couldn't understand the germans but on the show they said something about disneyland and goofy.
Any fans of author Clive Cussler (http://www.numa.net/clive_cussler.html) out there may have read his book that references Disneyland. I won't list the book here so as not to spoil the surprise. I know for me reading along and all of a sudden they're talking about Disneyland was quite the fun surprise for me. Hmm ... now that I'm thinking about it, I might need to dig it up and read it again ....

I remember in Even Stevens, after Lou & his friends rode in an elevator in their school, Twitchy says "That was better than the Matterhorn!"
In Whose Line, Drew Carey says "If you going on a trip to WDW, Disneyland or California Adventure, you can say anything you want to the employees there, they have to be nice to you."

^ I remember that one!
I remember a few other episodes of Full House that have DL references. In one of the first ones the Tanners are going to Disneyland for a weekend get-a-way. Well they never get to go though because the airport is fogged in. Then in the Hawaii episode when Steffani and DJ are talking about the Menihuni DJ says something like this (can't remember the exact quote) "Steff it's not real. It's a made up character like Mickey Mouse" and Steffani replies with "Well when we went to Disneyland we shook hands with Mickey Mouse. Now can you shake hands with a make beleive mouse?". I crack up at that line every time.

i remember the Full House one and Boy Meets World one as well. and now that i've been to WDW, i find it totally funny how the shows depict the area. For one thing, Michelle gets lost like in the Magic Kingdom, and yet the family's looking for her in MGM Studios and at Epcot and such. Of course it was all real to me, as if all that was in the same park. but when i researched WDW and started to learn more and stuff as I grew up, i realized that that episode was an impossibility! lol
Same goes for Boy Meets World. They do all this stuff in 1 day, and each ride is actually in totally different parks! but still, the effect is the same. it's cool and romantic and great.
I don't know who said it, but some celebrity or something once said, "You don't know that your show has made it big until you have an episode at WDW." and, lol, all the shows that have featured WDW have been hits! (Family Guy, Simpsons, Full House, Boy Meets World, etc...)

^ Yeah that is totally true! Of course it would be cooler if they did DL instead of WDW but it's still awesome! Did Home Improvement ever do a Disney episode?

There's a stand up special with George Carlin who talks about the lines at banks:
"It used to be that every teller had his OWN line....(walks around in a zig zag queue line)....now you think you're in ******* Disneyland!" - George Carlin

The Three Stooges In Orbit - Came out in 1962 and the stooges foil the plot of aliens trying to destroy the earth. There is a part where the spacecraft with a gun is flying over Los Angeles and it goes right over Disneyland. The stooges even say "Oh no, not Disneyland" and they try to aim the gun away.

Sadly enough. I did, and I am glad I don't remember much of the show other than "Joey Lawrence, Woah!!!!" J/K. I only watched that episode for that reason and decided never to do that again. I almost had that out of my head. Thanks man.

in the Tom Hanks film That Thing You Do, when the Wonders are told that they will be going to Playtone Records headquarters, one cries out "you mean California!?" and the base player exclaims "DISNEYLAND!!??". Later, when they are supposed to be getting ready for a live tv appearance, they cant find the base player. the scene cuts to the base player at disneyland, riding the Matterhorn with Mickey and later taking a picture with him in front of the castle. all shot inside the park. actually, the Matterhorn scene is shot inside the matternorn bobsled.

They did an amazing job to put that little scene inside the Disneyland of that era. That Thing You Do! was made in the mid-90s. I have a personal connection with that movie as my sister got married inside the church where the band had their first recording thanks to 'Uncle Bob'. We had no idea until we watched that movie, saw the church and said 'Hey wait a second...'

In Beauty and the Beast, there were a bunch of faded signs in the middle of the forest. The bottom one read "Anaheim", Disneyland's location, and pointed to the brighter, safer looking path. Another sign read "Valencia", a reference to Six Flags Magic Mountain, and pointed to the dark and dangerous path. Sorry PMM :p!
