View Full Version : FED EX robot to return to Space Mountain.

The old fed ex robot that has been stationed in Star Tours, is gone and is being repaired and sent back to Space Mountain. If you look in ST's queue its not there. But I asked the maintenence guy and he said that they were currently fixing him because his wires have been stripped and distorted. So look for him some time soon!

That sounds cool and all, but is there even room for him anymore? Remember that a wheelchair accessable mechanism had been installed when he was gone! I don't know if there's any room to put him anywhere! If you have a photo of a spot where he could fit, post it so I can see if this is possible. It would be nice to have him back!:redface:

I just hope the fedex logo is gone.

But I thought the robot was cool and fun to look at it, in a rather plain area of the queue.

I don't know, I think that the Fed Ex Robot should return, but not as FED EX. ;wink:

It was in the Star Tours queue? Where and when was it put there, this is the first time I ever heard about that robot being in Star Tours.:icon_conf

I'm almost positive it was there for a few years while Space was down.

yeah there is onlt one handicapped transfer table. Well there is one in the back but it isn't a station. Also it would defeat the purpose to take away the fedex becuase then he wouldn't be a package dude

As of right now Disneyland mantainace has him and they are trying to restore him back to normal. If you asked me I think they would put him probably in the queue somwhere.

^^ooo that's a great idea! ya he should go back around the area he was, so people can watch him as they are waiting to get loaded (at least that's what i always did). the T logo would be cool on him as well

they should bring back the tv's with the space channel on it that was sorta intresting but if they re did it then it'd be cool
