I just listened to the light magic audio on VF radio, and i noticed that it has been edited to about three minutes. Is there an explanation for this?

I'll check on it. Was it on Broadband or 56k?

The file clocks in at 4:33 ... I reuploaded the file just to be sure it wasn't corrupted, but it didn't appear to be so. This particular version is from Rick's collection and has always been this length. It's possible you're thinking of another version, as there are many of them out there. This is NOT the same version that VF had for download last year, but it's fairly close.
