No, VF Radio only has a ride-through clip of Space Mountain (original Dick Dale soundtrack) and only a few queue elements.

That used to be possible but now it isn't because of copyright laws. However the music heard on VF radio is music that is found on the actual CD's you can buy in Disneyland and Disney stores.
