I heard that Goofy's Bounce House at Mickey's Toontown was closed and start rebuilding. Maybe, because the sake of the children may get injuries there. And they may turn it into a toddler playground. Even though I'm too old for that, I'm very concerned that if Goofy will ever have a house in Mickey's Toontown?

Mickey's Toontown has to have Goofy's house in it. Even though I'm too old for it as well, I say it's an icon. Mickey's Toontown has Mickey's, Minnie's, Donald's, Chip and Dale's, and (I think) Daisy's house. If Goofy's house is gone, it's like kicking an old friend to the curb.

Yeah, when I was last there, it was closed, and the park guidemap says "Stay toon'd for something fun!" Thank goodness Goofy's Discrimination House is finally gone! Maybe they'll replace it with something I can actually go into.

Yeah, that's what I meant. That's what I always called it because I was never able to go inside. Not that I really wanted to, but it's the principle of the thing. :old_wink:

There's no way a coaster or a dark ride is fitting in that tiny space.

if they do they should put his shield up on display... while we are at it, they should also have Donald staff on display on his boat.

After reading this thread, I had to check it out for myself. Goofy's house was all boarded up. They pulled out all the little fencing and plants along the outside of the house. When I took a peek inside the house, everything was torn out and there were wooden planks lying around the floor.

Even though I outgrew Goofy's Bounce House when I was like 13 or so, I still loved to look at his house and take pictures in front of the glove that said how tall you had to be to bounce. I really hope they don't totally tear down his house, but things don't look too good right now. :frown:

Great news...I hope.:icon_roll I think they may not remove Goofy's House after all. Go to this link:http://www.miceage.com/allutz/al101105b.htm

P.S. It may not be the reason why, but thank goodness they're not getting rid of their good buddy.
