50th Anniversary Electrical Parade

I had an idea to get the Electical Parade in as part of the 50th (since it spent almost half the 50 years at Disneyland). My idea is to have the parade floats turn from their normal colors to completely gold during different times in the parade. I know it might be possible because the floats from Spectromagic can turn from color to all white. I know it won't happen though. That's a great idea and a nice tribute to the 50th. I thought the parade needed something for the 50th. At least a 50th float like the one for the 35th Anniversary. I really like your idea!

Like I said before Disney does have the technology to have the floats change colors like Spectromagic, but it would proabably cost too much to change all the lights on the floats in the Electrical Parade to be able to do that.

thats a very cool idea it would be cool to see th whole parade go gold at the same time also I think it would be cool if they had the last float be somthing(not sure what exactly) related to opening day and they could play walts opening speach

i thought that they should Remake an all new Electrical parade 4 disneyland
since they spend more money on walt disney world park than The Actual Birthday park the least they can do is make an all new Modern Electrical parade almost like that one in tokyo but renamed to "Disneyland's Electrical Imagination parade"

If they create a new electrical parade, what would they do with the one over at DCA? Having two almost exact parades would be out of the question. And probably by the time that they made it, it would miss the celebration. Then the gold lighting effect would seem weird afterwards.

Give DCA's parade THE AX! Send it to Walt Disney World. SpectroMagic to DMGM. TDL's stays where it is. DLP's to HKDL. That stays the same until 2011, when Spectro gets shipped to Shanghai Disneyland.

They did something like that for DL's 25th anniversary, too, complete with the sounds of fireworks going off. I think they should have done something like that for DL's 50th, too. If they did bring back the Electrical Parade to DL, do you think it would have the Pinocchio scene?
