The audio has been synced with a video while 13 of our INCREDIBLE OCU dancers perform an awesome, fierce dance to the theme).

Hi, everyone!

Well, the piece I wrote for the Disney Music Convention 2006, “Celebrate The Magic”, premiered last night as the finale of our spring composition concert here at Oklahoma City University.  I played the audio recording over the theater’s incredible sound system and the music was accompanied by eight of our AMAZING dancers; my “Kids of the Kingdom” if you will.  I truly could not be happier with the performance.  I really was the happiest composer on earth last night!  I can’t tell you all how much I wish you could have been there!!!

Here is a link to some pictures of the performance I imported from the video footage my mom and dad took. Also, many people have ask about how they can get or hear a recording of this piece. As of now, I'm not able to share the source recording and I am sorry--BUT I’d like to post the live audio from the performance so you can hear it depending on how many of you are interested (It's a REALLY good live recording).  You sure will recognize the singers!!!

Thanks, Sulu! I actually have BIG Disney project coming up but I can't post any details yet. I'll keep you all updated as the project progresses. As of now, all I can say is that I’m REALLY, REALLY excited for this one!!! :)

Also, concerning my CD, I'm having trouble securing the rights to some of the standard Disney melodies I've included in my pieces. As of now, this project is on hiatus until I am able to work out these issues. HOWEVER, I will start including more of my compositions on my biography page! If you subscribe to this thread, I'll post notices here to let you know when the new samples are up.

Hi everyone!!!

I have some wonderful news that I?ve been very excited to share with you! First of all, I must give a huge, HUGE thank you to Chris for letting me be a part of this site? and it is because of this site that I was actually contacted by Disney! You guys, I?m a REAL DISNEY COMPOSER NOW ? AHHHH!!!

Back in April, Jonathan Barr (Disney composer, and my hero) hired me to write the castaway song and theme song for the Disney Cruise Line, ?Adventures Away?! It can be heard on all the Disney Magic ships at cast off and every night in the Walt Disney Theater, and sometime in August it will begin playing on the Wonder as well. I REALLY hope I get the opportunity to take a cruise and actually see the show? I would be SO grateful to anyone who could get some footage! :)

More recently, one of my biggest dreams EVER came true. Jonathan Barr called and ask me to submit a demo for the showmode for the Tokyo Disneyland Halloween parade this year. I knew I was up against the best of the best for this one, so I really didn?t expect anything to come from it but I was just SO thrilled to even be asked, I was on cloud 5 million. :) I orchestrated and submitted my showmode to Jonathan and the Disney singers recorded the vocals and he sent it in. A week later he called and told me that the song they selected this year was composed by a new, very young composer, and when I bought the CD I would be ecstatic, because THEY SELECTED MY SONG for the TDL Halloween Parade this year!!! I wish I could tell you more about the song and the parade, but at this point I just can?t. I?ll keep you all updated over the next few months.
