# of views no longer shown

It was cool to see how many views there were on photos and videos to see if anybody was really looking at them. now this is not listed anymore. will this be put back soon or is it a permant change to the gallery?

It's temporary. We were trying to save resources and save the server some heartache. Obviously it didn't work.

Update: Views have been restored.
