I would recommend the Howard Johnson Hotel across from Disneyland
Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel - Anaheim
1380 So. Harbor Boulevard
Anaheim , California 92802
United States
714-776-6120

Nice hotel you can see the Matterhorn if you get a high enough room. About 7 Minutes away from Disneyland Walking Distance.

109-129 Per Night

Here is the website for the hotel so that you can check it out.

http://www.hojoanaheim.com/.

I think that Miceage has a discount but I am not sure

How many nights will you be staying? How many adults (19+ years) and how many children (0-18 years)?

Try Park Inn and Suites in Annaheim. 5 minute walk from the pedestrian entrance. 1 room with 2 queen beds will run about $100 a night I believe. They also have bigger rooms and 2 bedroom suites. I was going to stay here, for my December trip, but found a deal with hotels.com to stay at the Grand Californian. I just can't pass up that price. Stay 3 nights get the 4th night free.

One of the best places to book your trip is www.getawaytoday.com
They have some of the BEST prices and all of their 2 or more day packages INCLUDE parkhopper tickets for like the price of the room. I've used them several times.....stayed at Castle Inn (Harbor & Katella) and Anaheim International (Harbor & Orangewood -- close to my old apartment!).

whatever anyone does do not stay at the Econo Lodge in Garden Grove. It was awful. Only about 3 miles from the park, but not very good.

Try Anaheim Plaza Hotel (http://www.anaheimplazahotel.com) they have the best rates. I just checked and they have rooms for $69 a night and it's an 11 minute walk (thank you Timex©!) to the front gate. They also have the nicest pool and they have a lounge
