Hi there this is one of my first few posts here and I just wanted to write this one about my up coming trip... as of today there is only 3 weeks until we leave. Oct 2 week is when we will finally be there.
My post is about being pregnant in the park, I recently found out that I am and well I am still planning on going to the park with my spouse and I just wanted to know if there are any suggestions about going to the park this way!
I have been to the park only twice before ( only remember the last time, 10 years ago ) with my parents and now I have planned this special trip so Doug could finally go, he's 30 and never been to California. But this time its a bit different being preggers and I just wanted to know what do people suggest if they've ever been through the park like this.
Now I do understand that I can not do all the rides being preggers, but I still think it can be fun.
Anyways, if you have any comments please repsond.
Thank you.
By the way, is it true that Disneyland will not make Doug pair up with strangers on any of the rides that I can't go on?

Congratulations! I'm thinking you can do just about anything you would normally do, just not some of the rides. Make sure you look at the warnings before you get on. Use your best judgement..when you get tired, rest...when you get hungry, eat. You'll have a wonderful time. Oct. is a great time to go.:p

CONGRATS!!! How exciting 4 U! On some rides there is something called "single rider". Basically your husband can go in this line and when there is an availble empty spot (usually if theres a group of 3 and 4 can sit) they will put on the next person in the single rider line. So yes, your husband will most likely have to sit next to someone. Or he can wait in the regular line I guess and just say 1. But luckily Disneyland is oriented for the whole fam to enjoy so u should be able to ride most rides. Have a wonderful time!

Congrats!! I went very early into my pregnancy (years ago) my only suggestion is, watch for the rides that could be hard on your back. If you scare easily avoid the fast rollercoasters (Space Mtn, Big Thunder Mt RR, Matterhorn) or rides that jar you like Indiana Jones & Star Wars. Anyways, your body usually tells you what your limits are, but definately look at the warning signs & use your best judgement. Have a great time!!

Congratulations on your baby to be. I would suggest that since this is your first trimester, if you suffer from morning sickness (which could happen any time) you might not be able to eat some of the foods. Take a bit or two and see how your tummy reacts to it. You also may be prone to tire easily. Make sure you rest and get plenty of water. Just take it slow and easy and you will have a great time.

Just don't be too surprised if your baby's first words are "welcome foolish mortals!". In all seriousness, congratulations!

Congrats!! Let's hope your baby will love Disneyland, when you go there. Just don't ride jerky rides, like SM, BTM, Matterhorn, ST, and Indy.

i'm just throwing this out there cuz i read a story about it but um would it not be cool to have your baby at Disneyland? as a husband (which one day i shall become) i think that it would be sooo cool to have my son or daughter at Disneyland. well maybe not that cool for my wife, but after she has had the baby and all, and has had time to reflect, i think she's think it was totally cool! Men, do you agree? (and chuck in your comments ladies)
um, if a doctor just happened to be there with an epidural i'd probably go for it.
i'm kidding of course =)
