Help..can't view videos

Hi there...I am a new member and can't seem to view any of the videos that are throughout the site of the rides/shows/parades at DL....when I choose one it states I don't have authorization..any thoughts or help?

Its not your account, its the fact that most of the links throughout the site are now broken. The Gallery doesn't know these files exist, so it's giving you the standard "you don't have access here spiel".

There's nothing wrong with your account, but we are in the process of updating all of the links on the individual attraction pages. We've updated so far:

Hollywood Pictures Backlot
The Golden State (Soarin' and Grizzly River Run)
Adventureland
and parts of Critter Country

Other areas, including the Shows and Parades page have not been updated yet and you will continue to get errors on those video links until they are finished.

For now, I suggest going to the Gallery itself and browsing through the folders there.

Are you still updating the parade/show videos? When I download the vids for Parade of Dreams and Fantasmic, they all stop after a few minutes (when they're supposed to go for 15+ mins). Any help?!? :)

Are you choosing "Save" and viewing them after the download completes? I'll double check both of those files and make sure they aren't corrupt.

Yes, I'm saving them to my computer and then I go to media player and start playing them. One of the Fantasmic ones stops after about 2 mins, the other stops about 5 mins before the end. And all three of the PoD ones stop after a few minutes/seconds. :-( I'm so sad, I want to see them!!!! :-P

Ok, I downloaded the new media player and got 4 of the 5 clips to fully load, but the PoD clip described as "Single shot, shot by Jeff Smythe" still stops after a few seconds. The filesize is really small, too...
