Anyone ever order a travel package through disneyland.com and can comment on whether its worth it or not? I plugged in some hypothetical numbers. It said, for example, Ticket: 5 Day Park Hopper Bonus. Does this mean that the package only includes a ticket for one person, or 5-day passes for all the guests? Thanks!

Are you doing both hotel and hoppers? If so, the total amount they quote you will be for the total amount in your party. If you just do tickets I believe it is the same deal. So if you typed in say, 3 adults for 5 day hoppers you will get a quote for a total of 3, 5 day hoppers for 3 adults.
The bonus includes other things like a 10.00 game card for the ESPN Zone and may-be early entry. It should tell you what comes with the bonus. It use to be you bought a 3 day or more hopper you would get an extra day free with the bonus. I don't know if they are offering that during the 50th celebration.
You can also contact the DLR by e-mail on their site and ask them about the hoppers.

Yeah, hotel, tickets, and air.. I know it sounds kinda dumb, it just mentioned one 5 day park hopper ticket, and I didn't wanna get screwed if the deal is only one ticket when you have a party of 4. So they'd give you 4 parkhoppers for 5 days each right?

Yes, it should all be included in your package. If you specified that you had 4 in your party then you will get 4-5 day hoppers.

I have been purchasing the packages from the website for about 10 years now and have never been disppointed. For me it has always seemed like a good value and the easiest way to do things since my family is coming from different cities and states. We usually get our own plane tickets so I can get everyone there at the same time but the hotel, park tickets and airport shuttle are all from the website. It is like everyone says, you let them know how many people are coming and the total price is for everyone, including the park hopper tickets. For us it just makes sense since we don't leave the park and need a rental car. Hope that helps. We will be going in October again and I can't wait!! :p

I have a difficult time using the website! I alwasy get an error at the very end - so frustrating. It takes a few times and usually I end up calling. I will either make travel plans thru Triple A or the Walt Disney Travel Co. I hope we're not getting ripped off! :) The upcoming trip we're taking (me, mom, sis) in December at the Cal Hotel isn't too bad...but that Hotel is so expensive. My mom and sister are spoiled but I'd be happy staying nearly anywhere!

We have not done a package through DTC but we have through AAA and they are great, no complaints here.

Booked a trip last year through Disney and it was fantastic! No problems, no complaints at all. In my opinion it was totally worth it! Plus you get all this cool stuff in the mail for your trip! Too bad I cannot afford these trips all the time though. Have a great trip!

You can always call Disney Travel and book with a person over the phone. Not only can you ask questions to make sure you get what you want. They have more things to offer as well. That is how I did it. If you book on line the number of passes you are quoted are determined by the number of adults and children you chose.

If you have AAA I would go through them instead just for the unlimited fastpass option if you are staying at DLR! Otherwise, DTC is a great way of getting and forgetting! You already have everything set up for you as far as tickets and hotel so less planning and less worrying; plus, everything is already paid for before you get there!
