have you heard of single riders for other rides, if so then its the same but if you havent heard of them they are seperate lines for specific attractions that allow you to normally walk through the exit or a special line to get on the ride, whenever the attraction has one spot left in the car than a single is aloud to take the seat without waiting to long. its a good idea because otherwise the seats would just stay empty.
I hope Indy gets it, you could just walk through the exit to the boarding area, it wouldnt be to hard. it has payd off for me on other rides

I asked him and he said it was on this site. I checked it out and it is a line on the Indy page on VF that says it's "rumored to come back soon!" When that is is anyones guess. He was to chicken to post on here so he had me do it lol. Now I wish I didn't :p. Still, it does say it so there must be some credibility for it.

You're right it does say it there. However this should be taken as a rumor that eventually proved itself to be false. I haven't heard anything about Indy's SR in months.

how do you get in that little loading area for single rider?
This was in 2002. It was great! Once my brother and I figured out what single rider was we rode Indy 10 times at least in one day AND we were never on seperate cars, just not sitting together. One time at the end of a ride I looked behind me, I was in the far right hand seating, to see where my brothers car was and there he was laughing at me in the far left side of the back seat of the same car lol. That was the only time where I didn't think we were on the same car but we were lol. Too fun. Anyway, they stopped the single rider for Indy shortly after our trip so I guess too many people were starting to use it or it was too congested (I guess).
To answer your question: You went to the CM at the entrance and said single rider please. He or she would give you a white paper ticket and direct you to follow the exit into the ride. Once you got in there you would be lined up opposite the main queue lineup waiting for a seat and on the opposite side of the track too. A CM would check your paper thingy and let you enter an elevator that would take you up a floor or two and open. You then walked out and to the left and took another elevator down to the main level. This would now put you on the same side as the queue lineup. As you exited the elevator you then walked into the little loading area and waited until a CM told you to go ahead. It was so awesome! Faster than fastpass and no waiting whatsoever. I mean 10 times in one day and that was in August! Anyhow, if you are in the lineup and see the elevator doors to your left when you are almost to the ride, that's them! I remember riding it and going out again, getting a single rider again, riding it again and seeing the same people waiting in the queue line still. That had to suck a little lol. I wonder if it got too abused. I was just so happy that we thought we had found some loophole to riding Indy all day long if we wanted lol.

Oh wow, thats really awsome, I never heard of it till now, thats a great idea, when I always go on Indy, theres always room for one more in the cars and I fit right in all the time  , like as if there expecting me <.< >.> lol, but I hope they do it, sounds pretty cool if they did.

^^ You basically did find a loophole, that's why the SR line rocks. Right now it's there on Splash Mtn & everything E-ticket in DCA except Tower so enjoy it!

Man it was great! lol. I can't wait for this trip!!!! 9 more days!!! Woo Hoo! We will definately use the SR where possible. I didn't know it was in all e-rides, except tot, in DCA as well. Thanks! I'm looking for that post where you posted the list of fastpass rides and such but can't seem to locate it for whatever reason. I want to copy and paste and print that before I go.

I found it for you, here ya go:
Disneyland FastPass Network
*Autopia (daily)
*Big Thunder Mountain Railroad (Daily)
*Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters (Daily)
*Indiana Jones Adventure (Daily)
*Splash Mountain (Daily) - SR available
*Space Mountain (Daily)
Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin FastPass Network
*Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin
Disney's California Adventure FastPass Network
*California Screamin' (Daily) - SR available
*Mulholland Madness (Daily) - SR available
*Soarin' Over California (Daily) - SR available
*The Twilight Zone Tower Of Terror (Daily)
Grizzly River Run FastPass Network
*Grizzly River Run (Daily) - SR available
Don't ask me why this is set up like this, it just is. Remember no network talks to each other, so you can get 1 FastPass per network w/o having to care about the open window/2hrs rule. So you can at least have 4 at a time, and then if the window for Space or Indy isn't for a long time, after 2hrs you can get even more & end up holding 6 or 7 at once.
Now if you want my advice, always use Single Rider where its available and never use that ride's FastPass. That should incredibly simplfy your FastPass strategies.

But the line is so detailed and it is great for exploring and playing around. No vandal allowed in lines. Or Indy will kick them out for messing up the line and Mara. That place is fortune and glory of Indiana Jones himself.

I think I should reiterate, there is nothing at all that has said Indy's SR line is coming back. We are now pretty much discussing Indy & Single Rider lines in general.

umm, when we went on Indy, there were people in, and going into the SR line. We asked them, and they said, "yeah, we are in the SR line"...so are we sure it isn't there. This was on the day before the 50th...and the 50th and the day after that and the day after that. So, I doubt that it was a one time thing. Has anyone else witnessed this?

^ Where in the line were they when you asked them that? Indy's SR line was basically the handicapped route through the elevators & SR's would have been placed in rows right after they came out of the down elevator. There was never really a special SR line.

The single rider was pretty cool but it made people in line with familys wait a little bit longer because there was a seat taken up.

They had just come from the elevator. I was almost at the front of the line. No, it wasn't a line, more just single persons coming randomly. I had even asked more than just one person. At least I think it was a SR line, because they kept putting them on in a blank spot, but who knows my eyes could have been spacing...

Interesting, I suppose I will have to check that out the next time I'm there. I'm not sure what was up with what you saw Wendy.
As for this...

No. The whole idea behind Single Rider is that you take a seat that would have otherwise been empty. For example, if the rows seat 4 across & a group of 3 comes up, they will get seated leaving one empty seat. If you're a single-rider, you get to sit in that seat & no one else is waiting any longer than they would have.

Like PeoplemoverMatt said, I want a Space Mountain Single-Rider! I went on Space Mountain a LOT of times this month by myself (my family was too busy with other things) and had to wait a long time. Well, not in line, I mean for the Fastpass to work.

I was just at DL and remembering what Wendy Darling saw I took a chance and asked the CM for a single rider ticket like nothing had changed lol. He looked at me and said we haven't had single rider for at least 2 years now lol. I said "No way!?" lol. I then got a fastpass and left. So sorry folks! No Indy Single Rider back yet. Darn it.

I don`t know if you guys know, but the time they say for the line is the line time cut in half, just to keep the lines down.
